Dreidoppel Tripanna is a specific product for Stracciatella, cream ice cream, and creations in which a cream character is desired. Our gelatieri appreciates the creamy and compact structure and the distinctive taste of cream-milk flavor.

Dreidoppel Triva 50 contains a special composition of spraydried emulsifiers and brings out the natural vanilla taste.

Dreidoppel Tricrema 100 contains purely milk fat and has excellent storage characteristics. It has optimal whipping properties through a specially effective emulsifier milk protein preparation which gives high creaminess in the final product by the milk fat contained in the product already.

Dreidoppel Trimonte 100 contains only milk fats and comes "dry“ out of the ice cream machine. Ice cream with Trimonte 100 stays contour-true for several days.
