EkoFrut2006 Lactarius deliciosus interest in wild mushrooms is great and completely understandable. There are over 190 species of mushrooms in Bulgaria, of which only 30 species are poisonous, but the most common of commercial importance are Pachi leg, Boletus edulis, Bride, May mushroom, Chelyadinka, Rizhiyka, Maslovka, Trubenka and others. Mushrooms are an extremely useful wild-growing food, they contain a lot of cellulose and have exceptional culinary qualities. Edible mushroom, tasty and very much appreciated. Suitable for any kind of processing / nature, brine, marinated alone or in a mixture with other mushrooms /. It appears in spring, summer and autumn, grows in young pine, spruce and juniper forests, in enlightened places and clay soils. Hat 8 - 10 cm with spherically arranged dark stripes. When broken, it turns green.
