E-Phos

E-Phos 630 coats steel and iron with a manganese phosphate coating of 1,500 milligrams or more per square foot. The sacrificial finish is excellent for breaking in and reducing wear on moving surfaces.

E-Phos 660 is a calcium-modified formula that yields fine-grained crystalline coatings on iron and steel with a coating weight of 600 mg/ft2. Regardless of the cleaning method used prior to application, the zinc phosphate coating remains fine-grained. It can be sprayed or applied by immersion.

E-Phos 661 is a dark gray coating that produces fine-grained crystalline coatings on iron and steel at coating weights of 2000+ mg/ft2. E-Phos 661 can operate at temperatures as low as 140°F and with up to 34% less sludging.
