E-Tec 527 is a mild water-based formulation designed to provide temporary rust protection for steel surfaces stored indoors. It leaves a dry, invisible film that is unaffected by subsequent operations. Excellent for protecting steel surfaces during the manufacturing process. It has a mild cleaning action and can be used in tumbling or burnishing operations to keep steel surfaces from oxidizing too quickly.

E-Tec 522 is a one-of-a-kind, water-based wax emulsion with excellent adhesion and durability on a variety of substrates. It dries to a satiny film in about 15 minutes without losing its wax characteristics or lubricity. It can be used on lightly oiled surfaces and dries to a tack-free finish. This product provides a temporary protective coating to aid in the prevention of corrosion during part storage and shipment.

E-Seal 1002 is a two component, high performance corrosion resistant polymer sealer that provides over 300 hours of salt spray protection to white rust and 500 hours of salt spray protection to red rust when applied over zinc plated (zinc plating thickness 0.0003") parts in E-Brite Ultra Alk or E-Brite Ultra Chlor plating baths and chromated in E-Chrome hexavalent or E-PASSivate trivalent chromates. E-Seal 1002-A and E-Seal 1002-B are concentrated liquids that are diluted to 10-40% by volume with tap water.

E-LAQ 525 is an acrylic lacquer that is ideal for coating metal surfaces or metals that have been blackened with EPI's Insta-Blak or Ultra-Blak finishes. The only caveat is that it should not be used on copper or copper alloys. The most notable of these advantages are its depth and clarity, as well as its environmentally friendly and non-flammable chemical composition. Baking improves hardness and durability. E-LAQ 525 provides a water-resistant, hard, and clear finish, but because it appears milky, the user can gage coverage and film depth as the part is coated.

E-Phos 660 is a calcium-modified formula that yields fine-grained crystalline coatings on iron and steel with a coating weight of 600 mg/ft2. Regardless of the cleaning method used prior to application, the zinc phosphate coating remains fine-grained. It can be sprayed or applied by immersion.

E-Phos 630 coats steel and iron with a manganese phosphate coating of 1,500 milligrams or more per square foot. The sacrificial finish is excellent for breaking in and reducing wear on moving surfaces.

Electrochemical Products Renaissance Wax polish was developed in the early 1950s in the British Museum research laboratories in response to a discussion among museum technicians at an international conference on fine-art conservation. In accelerated aging tests, British Museum scientists discovered that all current commercial waxes based on natural waxes (beeswax and carnauba wax) contained acids that, over time, could deteriorate original finishes on national historic furniture collections. He rejected them all and looked into the new 'fossil' or micro-crystalline waxes being refined from crude oil.

E-Tec 521-B is a one-of-a-kind, water-based wax emulsion that serves as a dual purpose dry film lubricant and corrosion preventive while deepening the black finish. It is suggested for use on artillery shell casings, small arms ammunition clips, and other military weatherproofing applications. E-Tec 521-B is also a good piano stringing lubricant and an excellent corrosion preventive and dry film lubricant for steel strapping.
