Akulon® 

Arnite® PET, polyethylene terephthalate, and Arnite® PBT, polybutylene terephthalate, and blends are high-performance material solutions that combine high strength and rigidity with excellent processing characteristics. 

As a result, Arnite® PET and Arnite® PBT are well suited for a broad range of automotive, electrical and electronic, consumer goods, food packaging applications and more. 

A wide portfolio of Arnite® is available, including unreinforced, reinforced and flame retardant grades. 


Arnite

Arnitel TPC, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, is used as a lighter, smarter, greener material alternative to conventional rubbers. Because of its excellent characteristics, it offers design engineers exceptional flexibility—giving them the freedom to implement the most innovative product concepts. 

Arnitel has a broad range of hardnesses, making it capable to replace rubbers, metals, leather and other thermoplastics. This thermoplastic elastomer delivers superior chemical resistance, along with heat and wear resistance, plus the ability to be recycled.

Stanyl is a high-performance aliphatic polyamide with a melting temperature of 295°C that due to its high crystallinity and fast crystallization speeds entails three key strengths:

ForTii® 

EcoPaXX® is a high-performance aliphatic, biobased polyamide that uniquely balances the benefits of typical short and long chain polyamides, such as low moisture uptake and high mechanical performance.

It has wide applicability and is especially popular as a PA66 performance booster since it can be processed in the same tools.

EcoPaXX

Xytron PPS is a high-performance plastics compound based on linear polyphenylene sulfide that contributes to three key strengths: heat aging performance up to 240 °C; chemical resistance at high temperature; and dimensional stability. 

This polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) offers excellent chemical resistance, dimensional stability and is intrinsically flame retardant because of its electrical properties. 

Xytron PPS offers high stiffness up to a glass transition temperature of 90°C, with a continuous use temperature between 240-260°C. 

This family of PPS grades is well suited for a broad range of automotive, electronics and electrical, water management and specialized industrial applications.

Akulon® Ultraflow K-FKMV5 represents a versatile family of high-performance polyamide 6 and polyamide 66 materials trusted worldwide for diverse applications, including automotive, electronics, electrical, furniture, and packaging. In molded parts, these materials deliver an impressive blend of design flexibility and ease of processing, complemented by exceptional mechanical properties across a broad temperature range and diverse conditions. For extrusion, they establish industry standards, boasting notable strength, resilience, and ease of processing. Injection molding is the preferred method, and key attributes encompass good or high flow characteristics.

Arnitel® EL250-08 is a high-performance thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) that excels in flexibility, high-temperature resistance, strength, and excellent processing properties. It is a forward-thinking choice, serving as a lighter, more intelligent, and environmentally friendly substitute for traditional rubbers in industries like automotive and E&amp;E. This results in reduced environmental impact and system costs. 

Arnitel® EL250-08 is specifically designed for injection molding processes, making it efficient and versatile for manufacturing applications. Importantly, it meets food contact quality standards, ensuring its suitability for applications where food safety is paramount.

Akulon® K225-KV is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin, an injection-molded polymer with a heat stabilizer that is halogen-free. It features flame-retardant properties, is heat-stable, and has a light weight. Additionally, it is UL flame-rated, making it suitable for applications in the automotive and transportation industries.

Arnitel® EM400 B-MB is a high-performance thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) known for its exceptional blend of flexibility, high temperature resistance, and strength, complemented by outstanding processing characteristics. In various industries, including automotive and E&amp;E, it is becoming a more sustainable and efficient alternative to traditional rubbers, resulting in reduced environmental impact and lower system costs. This product is suitable for processing through extrusion and injection molding technologies.

Akulon® K224-G6-FC BK00001 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin labeled as food contact acceptable and is characterized by its lightweight and UL flame-rated properties. This product finds applications in markets related to automotive and transportation, as well as healthcare and pharma.

EcoPaXX® Q210E-H is a high-viscous long-aliphatic polyamide known for its excellent wear and friction properties at high humidity. It is used in gears, food conveyor belt parts, and abrasive monofilaments. It belongs to the family of long-chain polyamides and offers excellent chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, a very high melting point, and a high crystallization rate. It has the lowest carbon footprint among common polyamides. The material can be processed using extrusion and injection molding technologies. It is heat stabilized, has high viscosity, and meets the requirements for food contact quality.

Arnite® TM4 440 is a high-performance engineering plastic known for its impressive combination of high strength, rigidity, and excellent processing characteristics. These attributes render it well-suited for a wide spectrum of applications in the automotive, electrical and electronics, and consumer goods sectors.

Arnitel® CM550-S, a high-performance ThermoPlastic Copolyester (TPC) distinguished by its exceptional blend of flexibility, high-temperature resistance, strength, and outstanding processing capabilities. In applications across automotive and E&amp;E industries, it serves as a lighter, more intelligent, and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional rubber. Produced through extrusion technology, it boasts a hardness of 57 Shore D and is flame-retardant.
