Akulon® 

Arnite® PET, polyethylene terephthalate, and Arnite® PBT, polybutylene terephthalate, and blends are high-performance material solutions that combine high strength and rigidity with excellent processing characteristics. 

As a result, Arnite® PET and Arnite® PBT are well suited for a broad range of automotive, electrical and electronic, consumer goods, food packaging applications and more. 

A wide portfolio of Arnite® is available, including unreinforced, reinforced and flame retardant grades. 


Arnite

Arnitel TPC, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, is used as a lighter, smarter, greener material alternative to conventional rubbers. Because of its excellent characteristics, it offers design engineers exceptional flexibility—giving them the freedom to implement the most innovative product concepts. 

Arnitel has a broad range of hardnesses, making it capable to replace rubbers, metals, leather and other thermoplastics. This thermoplastic elastomer delivers superior chemical resistance, along with heat and wear resistance, plus the ability to be recycled.

Stanyl is a high-performance aliphatic polyamide with a melting temperature of 295°C that due to its high crystallinity and fast crystallization speeds entails three key strengths:

ForTii® 

EcoPaXX® is a high-performance aliphatic, biobased polyamide that uniquely balances the benefits of typical short and long chain polyamides, such as low moisture uptake and high mechanical performance.

It has wide applicability and is especially popular as a PA66 performance booster since it can be processed in the same tools.

EcoPaXX

Xytron PPS is a high-performance plastics compound based on linear polyphenylene sulfide that contributes to three key strengths: heat aging performance up to 240 °C; chemical resistance at high temperature; and dimensional stability. 

This polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) offers excellent chemical resistance, dimensional stability and is intrinsically flame retardant because of its electrical properties. 

Xytron PPS offers high stiffness up to a glass transition temperature of 90°C, with a continuous use temperature between 240-260°C. 

This family of PPS grades is well suited for a broad range of automotive, electronics and electrical, water management and specialized industrial applications.

Stanyl® TW278F10 is a high-performance polyamide that provides unmatched performance and value for demanding applications in which superior heat resistance, design stiffness, wear and friction, and process flow qualities are required. This high-performance polyamide 46 is used for applications in automotive, E&amp;E, gears, and outdoor power equipment. Since it retains its mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 220 °C, this makes it ideal for extremely high-performance applications, where it outperforms PPA, PA6T, PA9T, and often PPS and LCP. A suitable processing technology for the product is injection molding. Special features include being heat stabilized, wear modified, and friction modified.

Akulon® Ultraflow K-FKMV5 /C represents a versatile family of high-performance polyamide 6 and polyamide 66 materials widely embraced by global customers for automotive, electronics, electrical, furniture, and packaging applications. In molded parts, these materials provide an impressive combination of design simplicity and processing ease, complemented by exceptional mechanical properties across a broad temperature range and diverse conditions. For extrusion, they establish industry standards, boasting notable strength, resilience, and ease of processing. Injection molding is the preferred method, and key attributes encompass good or high flow characteristics.

Akulon® F136-E2 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) used as a resin in the printing and packaging markets. It possesses notable features, including being food-contact acceptable, having high viscosity, lubrication properties, and nucleation characteristics. This versatile material is employed in various end uses, such as cast film production and pharmaceutical packaging.

Arnitel® VT3108 is a high-performance thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) known for its exceptional blend of flexibility, high temperature resistance, and strength, complemented by excellent processing characteristics. In industries ranging from automotive to E&amp;E, Arnitel® VT3108 is gaining prominence as a more sustainable and efficient alternative to traditional rubbers, leading to reduced environmental impact and lower system costs. This material can be processed using extrusion technology and boasts special features, including high breathability, the need for material drying, and compliance with requirements for food contact quality. These characteristics make it suitable for various applications with specific demands.

Akulon® Diablo HT-HG0 is a polyamide 6/66 (PA 6/66) resin known for its heat stabilization, high stiffness, high strength, high thermo-oxidative stability, and lightweight characteristics. It is primarily employed in the automotive and transportation markets for a wide range of applications.

As a result, it is well suited for a broad range of automotive, electrical, electronics, and consumer goods applications. The processing technology is best suited for injection molding.
