Akulon® 

Arnite® PET, polyethylene terephthalate, and Arnite® PBT, polybutylene terephthalate, and blends are high-performance material solutions that combine high strength and rigidity with excellent processing characteristics. 

As a result, Arnite® PET and Arnite® PBT are well suited for a broad range of automotive, electrical and electronic, consumer goods, food packaging applications and more. 

A wide portfolio of Arnite® is available, including unreinforced, reinforced and flame retardant grades. 


Arnite

Arnitel TPC, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, is used as a lighter, smarter, greener material alternative to conventional rubbers. Because of its excellent characteristics, it offers design engineers exceptional flexibility—giving them the freedom to implement the most innovative product concepts. 

Arnitel has a broad range of hardnesses, making it capable to replace rubbers, metals, leather and other thermoplastics. This thermoplastic elastomer delivers superior chemical resistance, along with heat and wear resistance, plus the ability to be recycled.

Stanyl is a high-performance aliphatic polyamide with a melting temperature of 295°C that due to its high crystallinity and fast crystallization speeds entails three key strengths:

ForTii® 

EcoPaXX® is a high-performance aliphatic, biobased polyamide that uniquely balances the benefits of typical short and long chain polyamides, such as low moisture uptake and high mechanical performance.

It has wide applicability and is especially popular as a PA66 performance booster since it can be processed in the same tools.

EcoPaXX

Xytron PPS is a high-performance plastics compound based on linear polyphenylene sulfide that contributes to three key strengths: heat aging performance up to 240 °C; chemical resistance at high temperature; and dimensional stability. 

This polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) offers excellent chemical resistance, dimensional stability and is intrinsically flame retardant because of its electrical properties. 

Xytron PPS offers high stiffness up to a glass transition temperature of 90°C, with a continuous use temperature between 240-260°C. 

This family of PPS grades is well suited for a broad range of automotive, electronics and electrical, water management and specialized industrial applications.

Akulon® K224-TG9 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin, a member of the polyamide chemical family. It can be reinforced with glass fibers and incorporate glass fiber fillers during its processing, primarily utilizing the injection molding method. This product is used in various markets, including automotive, transportation, and consumer goods, where it finds a wide range of applications.

Akulon® Diablo HDT2504BM (K-X08203) is a polyamide 6/66 (PA 6/66) resin known for its heat stabilization and lightweight nature that is prominently utilized in the automotive and transportation markets. This versatile material is applied in automotive applications for exterior and body components, as well as interior elements such as door panels, flooring, and wheel housing parts.

Arnitel® CM620-S, a high-performance thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) celebrated for its remarkable blend of flexibility, high-temperature resistance, strength, and exceptional processing attributes. Across automotive and E&amp;E industries, it stands out as a lighter, more intelligent, and eco-friendly substitute for traditional rubbers. Crafted through extrusion technology, it possesses a 64 Shore D hardness and is flame-retardant, meeting industry standards.

Arnitel® EL630 is a high-performance thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) offering flexibility, high temperature resistance, and strength, coupled with outstanding processing characteristics. As an eco-friendly alternative to conventional rubbers, it finds applications in industries like automotive and E&amp;E, delivering reduced environmental impact and cost savings. This material is suitable for injection molding processes and complies with food contact quality standards.

EcoPaXX® Q-HXG6 is a long aliphatic polyamide with good thermal properties and good flow for use in high-precision insulating profiles. It belongs to the family of long-chain polyamides, which offer exceptional performance in the most demanding environments, including excellent chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, a very high melting point (highest among bio-plastics), and a high crystallization rate. This grade is processed using injection molding and features special heat stabilization and 30% glass reinforcement.

Akulon® K222-KGV4/A is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin that comes with labeling claims of being halogen-free and phosphorus-free. They feature flame-retardant and heat-stabilized properties, making them suitable for applications in the automotive and transportation markets. Additionally, they are known for their light weight and UL flame rating.

Akulon® Ultraflow K-FKMV5 represents a versatile family of high-performance polyamide 6 and polyamide 66 materials trusted worldwide for diverse applications, including automotive, electronics, electrical, furniture, and packaging. In molded parts, these materials deliver an impressive blend of design flexibility and ease of processing, complemented by exceptional mechanical properties across a broad temperature range and diverse conditions. For extrusion, they establish industry standards, boasting notable strength, resilience, and ease of processing. Injection molding is the preferred method, and key attributes encompass good or high flow characteristics.

EcoPaXX® Q210E-H is a high-viscous long-aliphatic polyamide known for its excellent wear and friction properties at high humidity. It is used in gears, food conveyor belt parts, and abrasive monofilaments. It belongs to the family of long-chain polyamides and offers excellent chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, a very high melting point, and a high crystallization rate. It has the lowest carbon footprint among common polyamides. The material can be processed using extrusion and injection molding technologies. It is heat stabilized, has high viscosity, and meets the requirements for food contact quality.
