POLYCAT® 41 is a tertiary amine catalyst employed in a wide variety of polyurethane foam and non-foam applications. It is a gel catalyst with added mild PIR selectivity, making it suitable for a wide variety of rigid polyurethane and polyisocyanurate foam and non-foam applications. It is recommended as a co-catalyst in combination with other polyurethane and polyisocyanurate catalysts, particularly in formulations with an isocyanate index greater than 105–110.

KOSMOS® 33 is a solution of potassium acetate in diethylene glycol. KOSMOS® 33 promotes the isocyanurate reaction and finds utility in a wide range of rigid PU foam applications. It exhibits low viscosity and high efficiency as a standard trimerization catalyst for laminated rigid insulation panels. KOSMOS® 33 is also a suitable co-catalyst in PUR formulations, enhancing the curing process.

Dynasylan® DAMO-T is a bifunctional organosilane, equipped with two reactive amino groups and hydrolyzable inorganic methoxysilyl groups. With this dual reactivity, Dynasylan® DAMO-T can establish chemical bonds with both inorganic materials (such as glass, metals, fillers) and organic polymers (including thermosets, thermoplastics, elastomers). This makes it an effective adhesion promoter and surface modifier.

Dynasylan® VPS 7163 is an exceptional silane solution offered by Evonik, specifically designed for use in 1K/2K polyurethanes, including reactive hot melt adhesives. With Dynasylan® VPS 7163, the need for a primer can be eliminated, providing an efficient solution to enhance bonding performance.

The minimal presence of volatile constituents and the crosslinking mechanism ensure that curing shrinkage remains low, and no volatile or corrosive substances are generated during the curing process.

DABCO® DC 2

DABCO® DMDEE is an amine blow catalyst specifically designed for single and/or multicomponent polyurethane systems. It is a low-activity catalyst that demonstrates high blow selectivity. This catalyst allows for excellent shelf life in OCF applications and offers good system stability when used with HFO blow agents.

DABCO® T 12 (dibutyltin dilaurate, DBTDL) is a catalyst that enhances the urethane (polyol-isocyanate) reaction in the manufacturing of flexible and rigid polyurethane foams, coatings, adhesives, and sealants. It promotes rapid gel and tack-free times, contributing to improved mechanical properties in molded and slabstock foams.

DABCO® PM 301 is a specialized performance additive designed to enhance the efficiency of blowing agents in rigid polyurethane foam. It can be applied across various rigid foam applications, with particular suitability for closed-cell spray foam, discontinuously produced boards, and pure in-place applications.

DABCO® T 131 is a strong catalyst for the urethane reaction (gelling), providing delayed-action catalysis. It is a high-activity organotin gelation catalyst used in polyurethane foam and elastomer formulations. The product was developed to delay the gelation of the urethane reaction, resulting in an extended time period compared to most tin catalyst systems. This delay in cream time allows for increased foam rise, mold fill, or material travel time, depending on the processing method used.

DABCO® Crystalline is a high-purity triethylenediamine (TEDA), serving as a powerful catalyst for urethane (polyol-isocyanate) reactions. It finds application in a variety of polyurethane applications. DABCO® Crystalline is used in all types of polyurethane foams, including flexible slabstock, flexible molded, rigid, semi-flexible, and elastomeric. Additionally, it is utilized in polyurethane coating applications. The main function of DABCO® Crystalline is to accelerate the reactions between isocyanate and water, as well as between isocyanate and organic hydroxyl groups.

DABCO® NE 310 is an emission-optimized amine that facilitates the urea (water-isocyanate) reaction within the polyurethane matrix, thereby contributing to low emissions. This versatile compound finds application in molded and high-density foam processes, ensuring compliance with OEM emission specifications, such as VDA 278. Furthermore, it serves in flexible polyether and polyester slabstock applications, meeting requirements set by Certipur®, LGA, or Oeko-Tex® standards. As an emission-optimized alternative to DABCO® BL 11, DABCO® NE 310 offers a reliable solution for reducing environmental impact in various manufacturing processes.
