- 0.5 - 3 parts /100 parts of polyol
- Recommended Applications
- KOSMOS® 75 is a highly active and efficient trimerization catalyst.
- High conversion rates have established KOSMOS® 75 as the standard catalyst in several rigid polyurethane foam applications.
- KOSMOS® 75 should always be used in conjunction with a suitable amine co-catalyst from the DABCO® and/or POLYCAT® range.
- KOSMOS® 75 can be used alone or in conjunction with other trimerization catalysts such as the products of the DABCO® TMR series for improved reaction profiles and better surface cure.
- KOSMOS® 75 and amine co-catalyst should not be pre-blended as it might lead to incompatibilities.
- Separate dosing and/or blending into the polyol is preferred.
- The optimal concentration will depend on specifics of the formulation.
