Dynasylan® 1146 is a hydrophobic diaminofunctional silane widely utilized in adhesives, sealants, and coatings. It enhances the adhesion of amino-reactive resins (e.g., RTV-silicones, two-part urethanes, silylated urethanes, MS polymers, and two-part epoxies) to inorganic surfaces, plastic surfaces, and inorganic fillers. TEGOTEX® CS 0360 finds applications in nonwovens, woven and knitted textile goods, fibers, threads, and yarns. It serves various purposes, including preparation of man-made fibers, softening in the dye bath during dyeing processes, handling finishing for textiles made of various fibers, use as a rheological additive, and as an O/W emulsifier/stabilizer for clear siloxane softener formulations. Additionally, it serves as an antistatic additive.

The moderate hydrophobicity of these AEROSIL® products is suited for defoaming properties in the presence of appropriate hydrophobic liquids. They are recommended for improving the sedimentation stability of defoamer dispersions as well.

TEGO® Antifoam ESMK 41 is an organo-modified polysiloxane tailored for its defoaming capabilities. This product, belonging to the polysiloxane chemical family, is organomodified and is available in liquid form. Importantly, it is proudly labeled as solvent-free and is classified under CASE ingredients within the foam control additives category.

Dynasylan® SIVO 110 stands as a versatile, virtually VOC-free, water-borne sol-gel system. It integrates organofunctional silanes with nanoscale SiO2 particles. AEROSIL® R 816 fumed silica powder offers an alternative technology to stabilize oil/water emulsions. Due to the special surface modification of the silica both hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties are introduced in just one material. This enables AEROSIL® R 816 to enrich at oil/water interfaces and thereby stabilize oil droplets in a continuous water phase by the Pickering effect.Furthermore, AEROSIL® R 816 brings structure to the continuous water phase and increases its viscosity which limits the mobility of the oil droplets, thereby providing for even more emulsion stability.

ULTRASIL® 7000 GR is a highly reinforcing silica that has been specifically developed for use in low-rolling-resistance passenger car tire tread compounds, commonly referred to as "Green Tires". This silica has a specific BET surface area of approximately 175 m²/g, and it exhibits excellent incorporation and dispersion behavior. When used in tire tread compounds, it imparts high abrasion resistance, excellent rolling resistance, and improved wet traction.

SIPERNAT® 2200 PC is an eco-friendly solution. Evonik Polymer VS 500 consists of vinyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxanes available in different viscosity levels and molecular weights, with an impressively low content of volatile constituents. These polymers serve as fundamental components in silicone formulations that cure through a platinum-catalyzed addition reaction with silicone crosslinkers containing SiH groups. The minimal presence of volatile constituents and the crosslinking mechanism ensure that curing shrinkage remains low, and no volatile or corrosive substances are generated during the curing process.

AEROXIDE® TiO₂ P 25 isa fine-particulate, pure titanium dioxide (TiO₂) with high specific surface area and marked aggregate and agglomerate structure. Because of its high purity, high specific surface area, and unique combination of anatase and rutile crystal structure, the product is suitable for many catalytic and photocatalytic applications. Its structure also makes it suitable for use as an effective UV filter.

TEGO® Surten 202 E is a non-ionic polyether siloxane with a 100% active content. This product is particularly effective for surface wetting in adhesive applications, especially on challenging substrates. It is also well-suited for curtain coating applications. One of its key advantages is that it is a solvent-free, easy-to-handle liquid.

AEROSIL® R 106 is a hydrophobic fumed silica after treated with D4 (Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane).

Evonik Modifier 705 refers to SiH-terminated polydimethyl siloxanes utilized as plasticizers in addition-curing silicones. Due to their difunctional structure, these products do not crosslink but extend the chains of vinyl-terminated silicone polymers (Polymer VS). The use of these modifiers reduces crosslinking density and, consequently, the elastomer's hardness.

POLYCAT® 5 is a tertiary amine-blowing catalyst applicable in various rigid and flexible polyurethane foam applications. AEROXIDE® Alu C 805 is a fine-particulate, fumed aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) that is highly hydrophobized with an organosilane.

TEGO® Antifoam 4-88 is an APEO-free and mineral oil-free emulsion antifoam containing organo-modified siloxanes. This anti-foaming agent is designed for use in waterborne adhesive applications and is particularly compatible with substrates such as paper and wood. AEROXIDE® Alu C is a fine-particulate, pure aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) with high specific surface area and marked aggregate and agglomerate structure. Because of it high purity and low water content, the product can be used well as an additive to anorganic materials, for heat insulation, and also as a catalyst substrate. The positive surface charge can be used to control the electrostatic charge.

TEGO® Antifoam MR 507 is an organo-modified siloxane-based antifoam that is designed for foam control in non-aqueous media. It has a high silicone content, which makes it more effective than conventional products in bio-treated diesel fuels. TEGO® Antifoam MR 507 reduces foam collapse time and initial foam height, and it maintains its performance even in wet fuel and after storage for over four weeks. It also has excellent water shedding properties and a reduced treat rate compared to conventional antifoams based on polyether siloxanes. TEGO® Antifoam MR 507 is compatible with a wide range of diesel additive packages and can be incorporated into low-solvent formulations. It is also stable at low temperatures and can be used with conventional non-polar solvents.
