VESTAKEEP® 3300 G High Purity is an unreinforced polyether ether ketone specifically designed for injection molding and extrusion. Refined using Evonik's advanced filtration technology, this medium-viscosity polymer offers exceptional thermal and chemical resistance. Parts manufactured with VESTAKEEP® 3300 G High Purity exhibit low flammability, ensuring enhanced safety. Compatible with standard thermoplastic machines, it can be easily processed. For injection molding, we recommend a melt temperature range of 360°C to 380°C with a mold temperature of 160°C to 200°C, preferably 180°C. This product is supplied in 25 kg boxes with moisture-proof polyethylene liners, conveniently packaged as granules.   • VESTAKEEP® 3300 G High Purity can be processed by common machines for thermoplastics.
  • We recommend a melt temperature between 360°C and 380°C during the injection molding process. The mold temperature should be within a range of 160°C to 200°C, preferably 180°C.
