Dynasylan® SIVO 160 presents a water-borne, storage-stable silane-based sol-gel system engineered for formulating inorganic surface treatment primers. A part of the SIVO® SOL Technology, it inherits the benefits of its established series counterparts by excluding heavy metals, fluorides, and solvents. Designed for minimal volatile organic content, its polymeric nature endows it with high reactivity. This is highlighted by its remarkably low curing temperature range of 20 to 80 °C, a significant advancement for water-borne sol-gel systems. VESTAMID® D16 is a medium-viscosity Polyamide 612 compound for extrusion and injection molding applications such as monofilaments (e.g., toothbrush bristles). The material based on PA612 absorbs only small amounts of water, resulting in excellent dimensional stability of components under changing ambient humidity.

VESTAMID® L1930 BK 9.7503 is a heat-stabilized PA 12 compound reinforced with 30% milled glass fibers. It is suitable for injection molding applications. The reinforcement provides high strength and rigidity to the moldings. Due to the low water absorption of PA 12, parts made from this compound exhibit good dimensional stability and maintain mechanical properties even with changing ambient humidity.

VESTAMID® MLT 4800 is an innovative 'low extractable' 5-layer tube designed for automotive fuel handling systems. It consists of an outer layer of VESTAMID® polyamide 12, a barrier layer of ethylene vinyl alcohol (EVOH), and an inner layer of VESTAMID® polyamide 612. VESTAMID® MLT 4800 offers excellent barrier properties against ethanol-containing fuels and has very low extractables. It exhibits excellent cold impact properties, like all Evonik multilayer systems.

VESTAMID® LX9112 BK is a heat-stabilized, conductive polyamide 12 compound specifically developed for the pore-free extrusion coating of steel tubing.
