SIPERNAT® 380 is an ultra-fine particle size precipitated silica with applicability in many markets. Its particle size and distribution are based on a unique process that results in a variety of effects. SIPERNAT® 380 provides excellent free flow and anti-caking properties in powdered foods.

AEROSIL® R 974 is hydrophobic fumed silica grades treated with DDS (Dichlordimethylsilane). The moderate hydrophobicity of these AEROSIL® products is suited for defoaming properties in the presence of appropriate hydrophobic liquids. They are recommended for improving the sedimentation stability of defoamer dispersions as well.

AEROSIL® 300 is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 300 m²/g.

SIPERNAT® 50 is a hydrophilic, coarse silica with the highest absorptive capacity and a high surface area. It is capable of transforming any liquid solution, water- or oil-based systems into dry powder concentrates of up to 75%.

AEROSIL® 130 is a fumed silica with a high specific surface area, making it an excellent thickening and reinforcing agent for a wide range of applications. This product is particularly well-suited for use in adhesives, coatings, and composites, as it can improve mechanical strength and increase the durability of the final product. AEROSIL® 130 is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 130 m2/g.

SIPERNAT® 50 S is a hydrophilic, finely milled silica. Besides its application as flow aid and highly effective anticaking agent it also may serve as carrier of especially high absorptive capacity in case particle fineness is required.

AEROSIL® 200 is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 200 m²/g.

AEROSIL® R 972 is hydrophobic fumed silica grade treated with DDS (Dichlordimethylsilane). SIPERNAT® 2200 PC is an eco-friendly solution. As a micro-granular silica with spherical particles in the range of 320 µm and low fine content, it is used to replace polyethylene beads in exfoliating skincare formulations such as shower gels and body cleansers. In addition to its scrubbing effect, its sponge-like structure can also transport liquid ingredients into the cosmetic formulation. Its microbiological quality is guaranteed through regular and stringent monitoring.

SIPERNAT® 22 PC is an eco-friendly solution. As a silica with particles in the range of 120 um, it is used to replace polyethylene beads in exfoliating skincare formulations such as shower gels and facial cleansers. In addition to its scrubbing effect, its sponge-like structure can also transport liquid ingredients into the cosmetic formulation. Its microbiological quality is guaranteed through regular and stringent monitoring.
