TEGO® Cycle CP 320 is an organo-modified siloxane that is used as a processing additive, compatibilizer, and for permanent modification of polymer properties. It is particularly suitable for recycled polymers, as it can be used to compatibilize PE in PP, PP in PE, and PA in polyolefins. TEGO® Cycle CP 320 is ideal for producing automotive parts, electronic appliances, packaging materials, consumer goods, and oriented packaging straps. Its use provides several advantages for specific applications, including improved mechanical performance, better weld line strength, and prevention of stress cracking and whitening. TEGO® Antifoam 1488 is a versatile emulsion-based anti-foaming agent tailored for various applications. It effectively controls foam formation in processes like emulsion polymerization and textile sizing. TEGO® CYCLE CP 310 is an organo-modified siloxane that is used as a processing additive, compatibilizer, and for permanent modification of polymer properties. Its use provides several advantages for specific applications. It reduces gelling, resulting in lower failure rates, reduces pressure, increases throughput, and prevents melt fracture and shark skin effect. It also reduces surface roughness. TEGO® CYCLE CP 310 shortens cycle times, prevents cut propagation in oriented tapes and films, and improves mechanical performance, including notched impact strength and elongation at break. It also prevents stress cracking and whitening.

TEGO® Antifoam KS 95 is a self-emulsifying organic antifoam concentrate enhanced with minor amounts of organo-siloxanes for improved efficiency. This antifoam is well-suited for industrial applications, specifically as an anti-foaming agent, and finds utility in various processes including polymerization, wastewater treatment, and suspension polymerization.

SIPERNAT® 22 is a hydrophilic, coarse silica combining a high absorptive capacity with a good flowability. It is well suited to transform any type of liquid, including defoamers, into dry, free flowing powder concentrates.

SIPERNAT® 50 S is a hydrophilic, finely milled silica. Besides its application as flow aid and highly effective anticaking agent it also may serve as carrier of especially high absorptive capacity in case particle fineness is required.

SIPERNAT® 22 S is a finely milled, hydrophilic silica. It is primarily used as a free-flow agent in other applications. SIPERNAT® 22 S can also be used in-situ hydrophobized in defoamers. The use of an alkaline catalyst is recommended.

AEROXIDE® Alu C is a fine-particulate, pure aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) with high specific surface area and marked aggregate and agglomerate structure. Because of it high purity and low water content, the product can be used well as an additive to anorganic materials, for heat insulation, and also as a catalyst substrate. The positive surface charge can be used to control the electrostatic charge.

SIPERNAT® D 13 is a milled, hydrophobic (i.e., not wettable by water) silica, high methanol wettability and low surface. It is used in a great variety of technical defoamers due to its high effectiveness and ease of dispersion.

AEROSIL® R 8200 is a structure modified hydrophobic silica grade treated with HMDS (Hexamethyldisilazane). It is characterized by an extremely low thickening effect and high compacted bulk density. Its high hydrophobicity makes it suitable as a defoamer silica.

AEROSIL® R 972 is hydrophobic fumed silica grade treated with DDS (Dichlordimethylsilane). The moderate hydrophobicity of these AEROSIL® products is suited for defoaming properties in the presence of appropriate hydrophobic liquids. They are recomended for improving the sedimentation stability of defoamer dispersions as well.

AEROXIDE® Alu C 805 is a fine-particulate, fumed aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) that is highly hydrophobized with an organosilane.

TEGOTEX® RT 1010 serves as a reactive organo-functional polysiloxane used as a hydrophobization agent in the leather industry. Thanks to its carboxy end groups, TEGOTEX® RT 1010 can also be employed as a reactive component to modify the bulk properties of polymers.

SIPERNAT® 50 is a hydrophilic, coarse silica with the highest absorptive capacity and a high surface area. It is capable of transforming any liquid solution, water- or oil-based systems into dry powder concentrates of up to 75%.

AEROSIL® R 812 is hydrophobic fumed silica grade treated with HMDS (Hexamethyldisilazane). It can be used for sedimentation stabilization and due to its high hydrophobicity as defoaming agent.

AEROSIL® OX 50 is a fumed silica with a very low specific surface area, low thickening, and high purity. The product can be used as an additive or as a raw material. In polymer composites, high filler loading can be achieved, making it possible to control essential characteristics of polymers.
