It takes 37 pounds of cranberries to produce a single pound of whole fruit powder. We don’t use anticaking or free-flow agents. Fruit d'Or Unsweetened Aseptic Cranberry Puree is made from healthy and mature cranberries (Vaccinium macrocarpon). The fruits are ground to obtain a puree with a granulometry of 0,6 mm. This puree is pasteurized, cooled and packaged in an aseptic package which guarantees the shelf life of the product. The puree is prepared with NonGMO ingredients.
