Fruit d'Or Organic dried cranberries apple juice infused, julienne cut are processed from healthy and mature cranberries (Vaccinium macrocarpon). They are infused in apple juice concentrate, dried and then sprayed with a light quantity of oil. The cranberries are prepared with Non-GMO ingredients. No preservatives, flavor or color is added. The process complies with the Food and Drugs Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. F-27) and with the Safe Food for Canadians Regulations (SOR/2018- 108) of the government of Canada, with the Food Safety Modernization Act of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, with General food law (178/2002) and other applicable European food laws.
