Fruit d'Or Unsweetened Aseptic Cranberry Puree is made from healthy and mature cranberries (Vaccinium macrocarpon). The fruits are ground to obtain a puree with a granulometry of 0,6 mm. This puree is pasteurized, cooled and packaged in an aseptic package which guarantees the shelf life of the product. The puree is prepared with NonGMO ingredients. No preservative, flavor or color is added. The process complies with the Food and Drugs Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. F-27) and with the Safe Food for Canadians Regulations (SOR/2018-108) of the government of Canada, with the Food Safety Modernization Act of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, with General Food Law ((EC) N°178/2002) and other applicable European food laws.

It takes 37 pounds of cranberries to produce a single pound of whole fruit powder. We don’t use anticaking or free-flow agents. The drying process for the powder preserves the fruit’s nutrients in their natural, unaltered state. Prepared with non-GMO ingredients. No added sugar, preservatives, flavors or colors.

Fruit d'Or Cranberry juice concentrate 65 brix is prepared from depectinized and filtered juice obtained from healthy, mature cranberries (Vaccinium macrocarpon). The juice is then concentrated under low temperature and pressure and the essence fraction is returned. The concentrate is prepared with Non-GMO ingredients. No preservative, flavor or color is added. The process complies with the Food and Drugs Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. F27) and with the Safe Food for Canadians Regulations (SOR/2018-108) of the government of Canada, with the Food Safety Modernization Act of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, with General Food Law ((EC) N°178/2002) and other applicable European food laws.
