Fruit d'Or Unsweetened Aseptic Cranberry Puree is made from healthy and mature cranberries (Vaccinium macrocarpon). The fruits are ground to obtain a puree with a granulometry of 0,6 mm. This puree is pasteurized, cooled and packaged in an aseptic package which guarantees the shelf life of the product. The puree is prepared with NonGMO ingredients. No preservative, flavor or color is added. The process complies with the Food and Drugs Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. F-27) and with the Safe Food for Canadians Regulations (SOR/2018-108) of the government of Canada, with the Food Safety Modernization Act of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, with General Food Law ((EC) N°178/2002) and other applicable European food laws.

They are infused in apple juice concentrate, dried and then sprayed with a light quantity of oil. The cranberries are prepared with Non-GMO ingredients. No preservatives, flavor or color is added.
