- GalSORB Octocrylene is a very well-known, effective sunscreen, widely used in sunscreen products and other skin care formulations which offer sun protection, e.g. creams, lotions, gels, colour cosmetics and others.
- GalSORB Octocrylene is an excellent solvent for other commonly used solid and oil-soluble UV absorbers. It can be used in combination with other UV absorbers to formulate high SPF sunscreen products.
- Being insoluble in water, GalSORB Octocrylene is an ideal sunscreen for water-resistant / water-proof sun-protection formulations.

GalSORB Octocrylene is available in 200 litres HMHDPE carboys. Total of 80 carboys i.e. 16 MT can be shipped either palletized or non-palletized in 20 ft. full container load. It can also be shipped in 25 litres HMHDPE carboys. Total of 640 carboys i.e. 16 MT can be shipped either palletized or non-palletized in 20 ft. full container load. It can be supplied in IBC (1 MT). Total of 18 IBC i.e. 18 MT can be shipped in 20 ft. container. It can also be supplied in ISO tanks.

- Store the material in a clean, dry place at 20 - 35°C away from direct heat and sunlight.
- Colour of the product may deteriorate on exposure to sunlight.
- Keep the container tightly closed after use.
- On prolonged storage below 10°C, if the product becomes non-flowable, it is recommended to heat the ISO tank with hot water (55 - 60°C) jacket or low pressure steam (< 2 kgs/cm2 ) to bring the temperature 30 - 40°C.
- If the product becomes frozen in carboys / IBC then keep the same in hot room of 30 - 40°C (avoid direct heating).
- In original sealed condition, when stored as suggested, the shelf life of the product is at least two years.
- To avoid deformation, stacking should be maximum 1+1 carboys for 200 litres.
