Organic StabilEnhance® OSR 4 Rosemary (BCN00511) is derived from organic rosemary leaves and has a liquid form with a cloudy appearance. It exhibits a brown to dark brown color and has a very low flavor. It is soluble in oil and serves the functions of a preservative and antioxidant. The ingredient originates from natural sources.

Organic Onyxen™ A16 (BCN57002) is a powdered product with a sensory profile reminiscent of acerola. It displays colors ranging from light yellow to yellow. It is sourced from acerola juice and is produced through spray drying. The composition includes organic corn maltodextrin and organic green acerola juice solids. This product is certified as halal.

Naturex GUAJILLO PEPPER PUREE, ACIDIFIED (NV0APB52) is obtained from milled, acidified, pasteurized guajillo pepper. It primarily consists of guajillo peppers and citric acid, resulting in a red puree with a characteristic flavor. This product is utilized in "savory and culinary" applications in the food and nutrition industry.

StabilEnhance® OSR 20 Rosemary (BA202028) is a liquid extract obtained from rosemary leaves. It is extracted using acetone as the solvent. The composition includes natural extract, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471), and sunflower oil. It is in a liquid form with colors ranging from amber to brown. This product has very low flavor and is oil-soluble.

Naturex JALAPENO PEPPER PUREE, FIRE ROASTED, ACIDIFIED (NV01PB59) is a coarse puree prepared from fresh, whole, vine-ripened jalapeno pepper pods. These jalapeno peppers are fire-roasted, and then transformed into a puree using controlled acidification and heat pasteurization processes. The product exhibits a dark green color with visible charred skin and some seeds, and it features the typical flavor of roasted green jalapeno peppers.

Naturex JALAPENO PEPPER PUREE, FIRE ROASTED, ACIDIFIED (NV01PB59)

Naturex POBLANO PEPPER PUREE, FIRE ROASTED, ACIDIFIED (NV00PB50) serves as a spice. It is presented in the form of a coarse puree with a dark green color that includes charred pieces of skin, and no seeds are visible. The flavor is typical of roasted poblano peppers. This product is suitable for use in dressings, sauces, and soups.

Naturex POBLANO PEPPER PUREE, FIRE ROASTED, ACIDIFIED (NV00PB50)

Naturex CHILI PUREE, REFRIGERATED (NV0RPB51) is obtained from blended, pasteurized chili, and it is composed of water, aged cayenne pepper, red bell pepper, salt, chili de arbol pepper, vinegar, potassium sorbate, sodium metabisulfite, and xanthan gum. The puree exhibits a reddish color and has a characteristic flavor.
