T-Det® A 1330-7

1 of 254 products in this brand
T-Det® A 1330-7 is a 70% active polymeric surfactant without APE (alkylphenol ethoxylates), made for use in emulsion polymerization systems. It can act as a standalone primary emulsifier or be used with other co-surfactants. Its special reaction profile reduces the levels of polyethylene glycols, which can cause problems in latex production and post-processing. This product can be added later in the production process of acrylic latexes to improve stability against changes in viscosity, thickening under stress, and separation during freeze-thaw cycles. This surfactant is suitable for both acrylic and styrene-acrylic latexes.

Functions: Emulsifier, Surfactant

Labeling Claims: APE-free, Propylene Glycol-free

Compatible Polymers & Resins: Acrylics, Styrene Acrylics

Features: Excellent Creep Resistance, Excellent Freeze/Thaw Stability, Good Shear Viscosity
