It is a concentrate that can be diluted at 5 - 10% by weight in water for most applications. No other additives are needed. Fragrances can be added to the dilution by using common surfactants and fragrance bases. 5% dilutions of H-Sil® OE were successfully compared against leading industrial and consumer products via a test panel, and it consistently outlasted the competitors. At a use level of 5 - 10%, this product was successfully tested against the following odors:
