Ginseng (Panax Ginseng) is a perennial herb of the Araliaceae, which is produced in Northeast China, North Korea, South Korea, Japan, and eastern Russia."PANAX"comes from the Greek word, meaning"to cure all diseases". Its root can be used medicinally. It can regulate the central nervous system, improve heart function, strengthen the body's immune function, and also has anti-tumor and antioxidant effects. The main component of ginseng is ginsenoside. Ginseng roots mainly contain Rg1, Re, Rf, Rb1, Rc, Rb2, Rd.
