HerbaNAT is the range of our conventional raw rice flours. This also includes rice semolina, rice grits and brown rice flour.

HerbaRICH Extra is our stabilized rice bran with deactivated enzymatic activity. It consists out of healthy proteins, fibers, lipids and starch; with nutritional micro components like vitamins, minerals and gamma-oryzanol.

HerbaPULS has faba bean, lentil, pea, and chickpea flours. Concentrated pea and faba bean starch flours, and pregelatinized pulse flours.


HerbaPULS



HerbaPRO is a natural protein concentrates from pea and faba bean. Have a relatively high protein content of 65%. Besides being vegetable, this protein source is completely gluten-free and ideal for allergen-free food applications. On top of the nutritional benefits, faba bean protein also has great emulsifying properties.

HerbaMYL are purified rice starches. Which has high gelatinization temperature and amylose content. It has a neutral taste andclear white color. Can be heated to create a firm gel with high binding properties.

HerbaMAX is the range of functional rice flours with high process and product stability (pH, etc.), with the option of a waxy version. Particle size distribution can range from 90 to 200 µm.

Our pea starch concentrate HerbaPULS YP12 has a great gelling capacity. Compared to rice, pea starch has large starch granules that can absorp relatively high amounts of water, comparable to native potato starch. Additionally our pea starch still carries around 12-15% of valuable protein. Allergen- and gluten-free, GMO-free, Natural &amp; healthy.

Our faba bean starch concentrate HerbaPULS FB15 has a great gelling capacity. Compared to rice, faba bean starch has large starch granules that can absorp relatively high amounts of water, comparable to native potato starch. Additionally, our faba bean starch concentrate still contains a considerable amount of protein.

Conventional glutinous rice flour HerbaNAT R is our range of heat treated raw rice flours for micro or enzymatic reductions. Particle size distribution can range from 150 to 1500 µm. HerbaNAT R includes low, medium and high amylose rice flours as well as a range of moisture reduced rice flours. Our texturized pea protein is made with our own 55% pea protein concentrate and is completely clean label. It is great as a meat replacer or extender in different applications such as burgers, sausages, meatballs etc. Our TVP also comes in organic grade quality. Allergen- and gluten-free, GMO-free, Natural &amp; healthy.

Herba Ingredients Texturized Pea Protein

Our faba bean protein concentrate HerbaPRO FB65 has a relatively high protein content of 65%. HerbaRICH® YP

Herba Ingredients develops and produces lentils and lentil flour in a range of varieties. Lentils come in an extensive set of flavors, which makes them great additions to numerous kinds of food. Lentils belong to the pulses family, along with other types of beans. Lentils grow in pods and are generally no larger than your fingertip. They can be sold whole or split in halves. They are a great source of cholesterol-lowering fiber.
