    • Fermented Wholegrain Naked Barley is fermented in the same way as many soya ferments used for black beans, but using naked barley grain instead of soybeans. It's made with just naked barley grains, water and salt, fermented with a live culture of Lactobacillus delbrueckii, Aspergillus sojae and Zygosaccharomyces rouxii.
    • Suitable for vegans.
