Martinal® ON-310 S is a 10 micron, ground aluminum hydroxide used as a flame retardant and smoke suppressant, produced in Bergheim, Germany.

MoldX® P18 is for pultrusion, resin infusion, CIPP and vacuum bag molding applications. It's particle size distribution with top size particles of less than 18 microns gives superb processing performance at fiberglass contents greater than 50% by weight.

MoldX® S45 is engineered to allow higher loadings versus standard alumina trihydrate (ATH) products and offers excellent processing from 180 phr to as high as 240 phr.

Carefully controlled particle distribution allows M3 to be used a wide range of applications including paints, coatings, PVC compounds, caulks, silicone rubbers, plastics, and drilling fluids.

HN-336 is a halogen–free, medium particle size ATH product that provides low cost flame retardant and smoke suppression in a variety of applications. The particle size distribution is specifically designed for low viscosity, high filler loading levels, and excellent processing characteristics, up to 200°C. HN-336 is recommended for spray-up or hand-lay up FRP applications, filament winding, panel production, resin injection, foam materials, cast polymer and epoxy parts, coatings, adhesives, latex, vinyl and urethane compounds.

Micral® 632 is a mechanically produced ATH product designed for plastic and rubber applications requiring a fine particle size. The high surface area of Micral 632 provides a low cost approach to flame retardance and smoke suppression in applications such as urethane foams, vinyl, SBR belting, EPDM, EPR, adhesives, coatings, ABS, polyolefins and XPLE.

Huber Engineered Materials’ Hymod® M632 SG is a fine particle size, surface treated alumina trihydrate commonly known as aluminum hydroxide product that provides flame retardancy and smoke suppression in a variety of applications, such as acrylic, EPDM, EVA, SBR, polyester and polyolefin compounds. The surface modification enables this product to have low moisture and to be easily and uniformly dispersed into polymers at high loading levels without causing processing rheology concerns. Hymod® M632 SG can be used in such applications as foamed insulation, wire and cable jacketing, TPO roofing membranes, injection molded and extruded polyolefins, compression molded thermosets and solvent borne coatings.

Hubercarb® W3NT is a 3-micron calcium carbonate produced in Quincy, IL containing an extremely low level of crystalline silica content enhanced by a propreitary fatty acid based surface treatment.

Hubercarb® Q40-200 is a coarse particle size calcium carbonate produced in Quincy, IL for paints, coatings, adhesives, caulks and sealants applications.

Hubercarb® M4 is a fine ground calcium carbonate produced from a uniform, high calcium limestone deposit in Marble Falls, Texas. Carefully controlled particle distribution allows M4 to be used in a wide range of applications including paints, coatings, PVC compounds, caulks, silicone rubbers, and plastics.

Micral® AM550 is an ATH ultra fine product designed for thermoplastics, thermoset composites, latex coatings and rubber applications requiring a fine particle size coupled with a narrow particle size distribution. The narrow particle size distribution imparts a low surface area to Micral AM550 which can be important for formulation stability. Micral AM550 provides an economical approach to flame retardant and smoke suppression in applications such as urethane foam, unsaturated polyester resin, PVC, SBR belting, EPDM, EPR, adhesives, coatings, ABS, polyolefins and XLPE.

Hubercarb® G260 is a high purity, medium fine ground calcium carbonate produced from a high brightness marble deposit in Georgia. The G260 particle distribution offers a wide range of applications from carpet backing to cleansers, joint compounds to PVC flooring, concrete to oilfield drilling fluids where its low acid insoluble content is useful.

Hubercarb® Q200 is a medium fine ground calcium carbonate produced at Huber’s Quincy, Illinois plant which is known for its natural uniformity producing consistent purity and brightness. The Q200 particle distribution offers a wide range of applications from carpet backing to cleansers, joint compounds to PVC flooring, concrete to oilfield drilling fluids where its low acid insoluble content is useful.

The surface modification enables this product to have low moisture and to be easily and uniformly dispersed into polymers at high loading levels without causing processing rheology concerns.

Geotex® FXZ is a high purity, granular calcium carbonate produced from a high brightness marble deposit in Georgia with a controlled particle distribution. FXZ can be used as a texturizing agent in coatings, plaster, EIFS, as an abrasive in many applications and as a filler in PVC flooring. The marble crystal structure is useful in recirculation drilling fluids.

HN-100 is a halogen–free, very coarse particle size alumina trihydrate product that provides low cost flame retardant and smoke suppression in a variety of applications. It can be filled at very high loadings and has excellent processing characteristics, up to 200°C. HN-100 is recommended for rubber goods, compression molded thermosets, adhesives, latex, vinyl and urethane compounds and carpet backings.

Hubercarb® G60 is a medium fine particle size calcium carbonate produced in Marble Hill, GA for paints, coatings, adhesives, caulks and sealants applications.

Hubercarb® Q325 is a medium fine ground calcium carbonate produced at Huber’s Quincy, Illinois plant which is known for its natural uniformity producing consistent purity and brightness. Carefully controlled particle distribution allows Q325 to be used a wide range of applications including paints, coatings, adhesives, caulks, and concrete building products. Acid solubility above 95% makes Q325 ideal for use in oilfield drilling fluids.

SB-432 ATH developed especially for SMC, BMC, resin injection and high solids coatings, has a unique particle size distribution that provides the best possible combination of viscosity, flame, electrical and molding properties that can be derived from an ATH filler. A closely controlled top size with a large super fine faction yields rapid dispersion in resin. Excellent mold flow and wet-out characteristics result in superior surface profile, minimal porosity, even pigmentation, and excellent filler and reinforcement distribution throughout the molded part.

MoldX® A400 is a third generation optimized Alumina Trihydrate (ATH) product that gives low viscosity at a high loading level (250-380 phr), but requires 20-30% less loading than MoldX® A110 to achieve the same flame retardant performance.MoldX® A400 optimized ATH is particularly well-suited for SMC, and it can also provide low cost flame retardancy and smoke suppression in other thermoset processes such as: epoxy potting, wet-mat, spray-up, hand lay-up, and bulk molding compounds (BMC) that contain reinforcing fibers (patent pending).

Hubercarb® G3 is a high purity, ultra-fine ground calcium carbonate produced from a high brightness marble deposit in Georgia for applications that require high brightness or pure tints.
