MoldX® P18 is for pultrusion, resin infusion, CIPP and vacuum bag molding applications. It's particle size distribution with top size particles of less than 18 microns gives superb processing performance at fiberglass contents greater than 50% by weight.

MoldX® S45 is engineered to allow higher loadings versus standard alumina trihydrate (ATH) products and offers excellent processing from 180 phr to as high as 240 phr.

Micral® 632 is a mechanically produced ATH product designed for plastic and rubber applications requiring a fine particle size. The high surface area of Micral 632 provides a low cost approach to flame retardance and smoke suppression in applications such as urethane foams, vinyl, SBR belting, EPDM, EPR, adhesives, coatings, ABS, polyolefins and XPLE.

SB-30 is an unground ATH, commonly known as aluminum hydroxide used to suppress flame and smoke in plastics, rubber and cellulosics. SB-30 is an off-white product that can be used in most applications where a coarse alumina trihydrate is required.

Micral® AM550 is an ATH ultra fine product designed for thermoplastics, thermoset composites, latex coatings and rubber applications requiring a fine particle size coupled with a narrow particle size distribution. The narrow particle size distribution imparts a low surface area to Micral AM550 which can be important for formulation stability. Micral AM550 provides an economical approach to flame retardant and smoke suppression in applications such as urethane foam, unsaturated polyester resin, PVC, SBR belting, EPDM, EPR, adhesives, coatings, ABS, polyolefins and XLPE.

SB-332 ground ATH that provides low cost flame retardance and smoke suppression, and arc-track resistance. The medium-fine particle distribution yields desirable flow properties, good physical properties and suspension characteristics required in SMC/BMC compression molding and many rubber compounds. Applications utilizing SB-332 includes SMC/BMC electrical switch gear, appliance electrical sheet and office equipment housings along with epoxies, polishes, adhesives and coatings. A complete range of surface modifications is available to aid processing and enhance physical properties.These include silanes, stearates and wetting agents. .

SB-432 ATH developed especially for SMC, BMC, resin injection and high solids coatings, has a unique particle size distribution that provides the best possible combination of viscosity, flame, electrical and molding properties that can be derived from an ATH filler. A closely controlled top size with a large super fine faction yields rapid dispersion in resin. Excellent mold flow and wet-out characteristics result in superior surface profile, minimal porosity, even pigmentation, and excellent filler and reinforcement distribution throughout the molded part.

MoldX® A400 is a third generation optimized Alumina Trihydrate (ATH) product that gives low viscosity at a high loading level (250-380 phr), but requires 20-30% less loading than MoldX® A110 to achieve the same flame retardant performance.MoldX® A400 optimized ATH is particularly well-suited for SMC, and it can also provide low cost flame retardancy and smoke suppression in other thermoset processes such as: epoxy potting, wet-mat, spray-up, hand lay-up, and bulk molding compounds (BMC) that contain reinforcing fibers (patent pending).

Hubercarb® W3 is a 4-micron calcium carbonate produced in Quincy, IL containing an extremely low level of crystalline silica content for paints, coatings, adhesives, caulks and sealants applications.

HN434 is a halogen-free, fine particle size ATH product that provides low cost flame retardant and smoke suppression in a variety of applications. The particle size distribution is specifically designed for low viscosity, high filler loading levels and excellent processing characteristics up to 200°C.

MoldX® A110 is a second generation optimized Alumina Trihydrate (ATH) product that gives improved processing viscosities at very high loadings from 250 phr to greater than 350 phr.MoldX® A110 can provide low cost flame retardancy and smoke suppression in a variety of other color sensitive thermoset processes such as: BMC, spray-up and hand lay-up, wet mat molding and epoxy potting

A unique ground calcium carbonate from a specialty, high purity calcium carbonate and processed at Huber™s largest GCC plant in Quincy, Illinois. Applications for Optifil include coatings, inks, PVC pipe, rubber, plastics, and oilfield drilling fluids where its 99%+ calcium carbonate content yields almost complete acid solubility.

SB-632 is a ground high whiteness Alumina Trihydrate (ATH) flame retardant with an average median particle size of 3.5 microns.SB-632 is a mechanically produced ATH product designed for plastic and rubber applications requiring a fine particle size. Hymod® M9400 SG is a precipitated, surface treated ATH product that provides flame retardancy and smoke suppression in a variety of applications, such as acrylic, EPDM, EVA, SBR, polyester and polyolefin compounds. The surface modification enables this product to have low moisture and to be easily and uniformly dispersed into polymers at high loading levels. Hymod® M9400 SG can be used in such applications as foamed insulation, wire and cable insulation and jacketing, injection molded and extruded polyolefins and solvent borne coatings. This product provides excellent processing characteristics as well as superior electrical and mechanical properties.

HN532 is a halogen-free, very fine particle size ATH product that provides low cost flame retardant and smoke suppression in a variety of applications. The particle size distribution is specifically designed for low viscosity, high filler loading levels and excellent processing characteristics up to 200°C.

Optifil® T is a treated 1.7 micron surface-treated calcium carbonate produced in Quincy, IL containing an extremely low level of crystalline silica content for paints, coatings, adhesives, caulks and sealants applications.
