IdaPro Milk Permeate Powder (MPP) is manufactured from fresh, pasteurized skim milk using a proven low-heat membrane filtration process. This process of ultra-filtration effectively separates the carbohydrate and protein fractions along with the water soluble nutrients such as minerals and vitamins which flow into the milk permeate powder product. Unlike whey permeate, which is made from by-products of the cheese making process, IdaPro MPP contains only what is found in fresh milk. Following filtration, IdaPro MPP is concentrated, allowed to crystallize under controlled conditions, and dried in a custom dryer.

IdaPro Milk Protein Concentrate-80% (MPC- 80) is manufactured from fresh, pasteurized skim milk using a proven low-heat membrane filtration process to ensure protein is undenatured and remains highly nutritional. Water, lactose and minerals are reduced to achieve a given protein content of 80% (casein and whey protein). After membrane separation, IdaPro MPC-80 is immediately spray dried and packaged without further long-term storage or processing, before packaging.

IdaPro Milk Protein Isolate-90% (MPI-90) is manufactured from fresh, pasteurized skim milk using a proven low-heat membrane filtration process to ensure protein is undenatured and remains highly nutritional. Water, lactose and minerals are reduced to achieve a given protein content of 90% (casein and whey protein). After membrane separation, IdaPro MPI-90 is immediately spray dried and packaged.

IdaPro Micellar Casein is manufactured from fresh, pasteurized skim milk using a proven low-heat membrane filtration process to ensure protein is undenatured and remains highly nutritional. Water, lactose and minerals are reduced to achieve a given protein content of 88%. IdaPro Micellar Casein undergoes additional microfiltration to slightly increase the casein-to-whey ration from that which naturally occurs in milk. After membrane separation, IdaPro Micellar Casein is immediately spray dried and packaged.

IdaPro Cream is pasteurized and shipped on the very day of milking. When fresh milk from our dairies arrives at our facility, the cream is separated from the whole milk, pasteurized and chilled to 36 °F, before it’s loaded into tankers and shipped to our customers.

IdaPro Cream Super-Kosher is pasteurized and shipped on the very day of milking. When fresh milk from our dairies arrives at our facility, the cream is separated from the whole milk, pasteurized and chilled to 36°F, before it’s loaded into tankers and shipped to our customers.

Water, lactose and minerals are reduced to achieve a given protein content of 85% (casein and whey protein). After membrane separation, IdaPro MPI-85 Super- Kosher is immediately spray dried and packaged. IdaPro Milk Protein Isolate-85% (MPI-85) Super-Kosher, also called ‘Cholov Yisroel’, has a high Kosher standard and is produced especially for the ultra-Orthodox consumer. This product is produced only under strict Rabbinical supervision from the milking process through to the final finished product.
