IdaPro Milk Permeate Powder (MPP) is manufactured from fresh, pasteurized skim milk using a proven low-heat membrane filtration process. This process of ultra-filtration effectively separates the carbohydrate and protein fractions along with the water soluble nutrients such as minerals and vitamins which flow into the milk permeate powder product. Unlike whey permeate, which is made from by-products of the cheese making process, IdaPro MPP contains only what is found in fresh milk. Following filtration, IdaPro MPP is concentrated, allowed to crystallize under controlled conditions, and dried in a custom dryer.

IdaPro Milk Permeate Powder (MPP) Super-Kosher is manufactured from fresh, pasteurized skim milk using a proven low- heat membrane filtration process. This process of ultra-filtration effectively separates the carbohydrate and protein fractions along with the water-soluble nutrients such as minerals and vitamins which flow into the milk permeate powder product. Following filtration, IdaPro MPP Super-Kosher is concentrated, allowed to crystallize under controlled conditions, and dried in a custom dryer. IdaPro MPP Super-Kosher, also called “Cholov Yisroel”, has a high Kosher standard and is produced only under strict Rabbinical supervision from the milking process to the final finished product.

IdaPro Milk Protein Concentrate-82% (MPC-82) is manufactured from fresh, pasteurized skim milk using a proven low- heat membrane filtration process to ensure protein is undenatured and remains highly nutritional. Water, lactose and minerals are reduced to achieve a given protein content of 82% (casein and whey protein). After membrane separation, IdaPro® MPC-82 is immediately spray dried and packaged.
