IdaPro MPP Super-Kosher is light cream colored, has a slightly sweet, slightly salty flavor and a clean, bland aroma. It has a near neutral pH and is non-hygroscopic.

- IdaPro MPP Super-Kosher is utilized in bending operation where a source of stable carbohydrate is used. In a variety of processed food applications including baking and confectionery blends, the lactose levels make MPP an excellent browning aid.
- In milk powder blending operations, MPP is well suited as a standardization ingredient. Other applications under research are maltodextrin replacement and tableting substrate.

IdaPro MPP Super-Kosher is packaged in multi-wall paper bags with a polyethylene liner (net content of 25 kg), palletized and wrapped to units of 2,220 lbs. (1,000 kg). It is also available in polyethylene-lined totes, net unit weight of 2,200 lbs. (1,000 kg).
