Our Company International Specialty Engineered Lubricants is a leading independent manufacturer of specialty lubricants. We formulate, blend and package lubricants at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Jacksonville, Florida. Isel was founded in Jacksonville, Florida, in 1992 as a manufacturer of industrial lubricants specializing in private-label, high-technology, tailored products for industrial applications. The business was designed from the ground up to formulate new products to meet our customers’ real-world needs, and to provide a complete and reliable technical resource for all of our customers. Within our first decade of operation, we quickly expanded beyond our initial product line of air compressor and refrigeration lubricants. We now offer solutions for a wide variety of industrial applications to a growing international market of distributors.

Caldera® 10

Caldera 10 is a specialized heat transfer fluid engineered for applications that operate in ultra-low temperature conditions or with cyclic temperature needs. Designed to operate from temperatures as low at -40°F (-40°C) to as high as 450°F (232°C), Caldera 10 is ideal for a broad range of industrial processes. The proprietary 2-stage antioxidant package ensures a long-lasting and clean operating fluid. Caldera 6 is a high-quality, PAG Heat Transfer Fluid used in open bath systems. The formulation is highly resistant to oxidative degradation resulting from exposure to the atmosphere. Caldera 6’s proprietary formulation is more oxidatively stable than other glycol-based heat transfer fluids, and provides hours of trouble-free service, even in the most demanding applications.

Caldera 19 is a long-lasting food-grade heat transfer fluid and cleaner. It is designed to soften, dissolve, and suspend carbon and varnish deposits within low-temperature heat transfer systems that require a food-grade formulation. This unique formulation can help to restore system performance and efficiency by removing insulating fouling. It is fully-formulated to completely replace an existing fluid, and can be used at temperatures up to 450°F (232°C). Caldera 19 is an ideal solution for preventative maintenance or for cleaning systems that are experiencing minor varnish or carbon deposits.

Caldera 7 is a premium silicone heat transfer fluid. It is formulated with an advanced additive system for superior performance and also protects against oxidation, wear, rust and corrosion. Compatible with most silicone-based fluid technology on the market, Caldera 7 can be mixed at any ratio without issue. Caldera 7 is stable up to a maximum film temperature of 691°F (366°C), making it ideal for the most intensive heat transfer applications.
