Jacking Grease™ ECF™ is safe to use in offshore applications since it is metal free and is formulated to conform to the strict North Sea Environmental Guidelines. It utilizes a water resistant, calcium thickener that is enhanced to improve adhesion and provide greater protection against water wash off, wear, and corrosion. JET-LUBE JACKING SYSTEM GREASE ECF contains specially selected solid bounding lubricants to provide outstanding galling resistance and lubrication properties. The solid boundary additives synergistically combine to produce a superior lubricating film with high-load and low-wear characteristics. The base oil blend of this product is of lower viscosity than most multipurpose greases allowing it greater potential for bio degradation and contains additional anti-wear, anti rust, and antioxidant additives..

CB-2™ is an all-purpose, high temperature, lithium 12- hydroxystearate soap grease. Its buttery consistency makes it highly adhesive to metal and it has exceptional mechanical stability. CB-2 is standard in a NLGI 2 grade grease that will accommodate nearly all requirements for a “multipurpose” grease type lubricant. It is also available in other NLGI grades making CB-2 a truly versatile product.

AP-1W™ is a formulated from bentone clay, AP-1W™ is noted for its high temperature insensitivity, is non melting and does not thicken excessively at temperatures as low as -20°F (-29°C). It has mechanical stability, is water resistant, displays high stability on working, has excellent adhesion to metals, prevents wear and has superior storage life.

Jet-Plex EP™ is the ideal multipurpose grease for use in extreme pressure and high temperature operating conditions. It is the top of the line product for severe applications and general purpose lubricant.

EP BEARING GREASE™ is an all-purpose lithium grease containing naturally-occurring extreme-pressure and boundary lubricants. The additive package enhances the shear stability, lubrication properties and high temperature characteristics of lithium-based grease, making EP BEARING GREASE a versatile, cost-efficient, multi-purpose grease. The extreme pressure additive has the added benefit of reducing acidity created by oxidation of the base fluid and organic additives in high-temperature environments. The result is a stable, high temperature grease that will outperform most lithium soap based greases on the market today.

ALCO-EP™ is a premium Multipurpose Grease is a versa-tile aluminum complex grease with a high level of rust and oxidation inhibitors. ALCO-EP also contains molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) and graphite, which plate out to resist metal-to-metal contact in boundary modes of lubrication.

CC-Lube™ is a state-of-the-art, semi-synthetic, multi-purpose lubricant that combines an aluminum complex thickener for extreme water resistance with the latest synthetic ingredients and PTFE to create a transparent, long-lasting, high lubricity lubricant of quality and performance.

ALCO-EP-73 PLUS™ is a premium, state-of-the-art, multipurpose aluminum complex grease containing a highly synergistic blend of rust and oxidation inhibitors plus extreme pressure and anti-wear additives for maximum performance characteristics. The non-plating, organic EP/anti-wear additives allow ALCO-EP-73 PLUS to be used where tolerances are low and/or speeds are high.

#202 MOLY-LITH™ is a black, thermally stable, lithium 12-hydroxystearate soap grease containing microfine molybdenum disulfide (MoS2), antioxidants & rust inhibitors. #202 MOLY- LITH has a dropping point of 390°F (199°C), is water resistant and displays excellent work stability under high loads, high speeds, shock and vibration. Sub-micron particles of Molybdenum Disulfide, blended into the superior lubricating grease base, contribute to the good load carrying and low friction characteristics.
