KOLOD

Potassium Formate occurs as white crystalline powder. It’s easily deliquescent. Density is 1.9100g/cm3. It’s freely soluble in water. Usage: It is widely used as snowmelt agent

KOLOD POTASSIUM FORMATE

Ammonium Oxalate occurs as colorless crystal. Relative density is 1.501. Refractive index is 1.439. It’s soluble in water, but insoluble in ethanol. It can be used as analytical reagent and intermediate in organic synthetic.

KOLOD AMMONIUM OXALATE

Ferrous Sulfate blue-green crystals or granules, odorless with astringency. In dry air, it’s efflorescent. In moist air, it oxidizes readily to form a brown-yellow, basic ferric sulfate. It’s soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol. Dried: It’s gray-white to beige powder.with astringency.It is mainly composed of FeSO4·H2O and contains a few of FeSO4·4H2O.It’s slowly soluble in cold water (26.6 g / 100 ml, 20 ℃), It will be dissolved quickly when heating.It's insoluble in ethanol.Almost insoluble in 50% sulfuric acid. It is used as nutritional supplement(iron fortifier) and fruit and vegetable colorant.

KOLOD FERROUS SULFATE

Potassium Citrate is transparent crystal or white coarse powder, odorless and tastes salty and cool. Relative density is 1.98. It’s easily deliquescent in air, soluble in water and glycerin, almost insoluble in ethanol. In food processing industry, it is used as buffer, chelate agent, stabilizer, antioxidant, emulsifier and flavoring. It can be used in dairy product,jelly, jam, meat and tinned pastry. It also can be used as emulsifier in cheese and antistaling agent in oranges, and so on. In pharmaceutical, it is used for hypokalemia, potassium depletion and alkalization of urine

KOLOD POTASSIUM CITRATE

Calcium Content Acetate is odorless white fine powder with slight bitter test. It's hygroscopic and soluble in water. And it is slightly soluble in ethanol. It can be used as food chelator, mold inhibitor, flavoring agent and Calcium Content fortifier. It can also be used in the production of acetone

KOLOD CALCIUM ACETATE

Manganese Sulfate is pale pink monoclinic system coarse crystal, odorless. Relative density is 2.95. It starts to lose crystal water when heated to above 200℃. It almost loses all crystal water when above 280℃. And to 700℃, it changes to anhydrous melts. It starts to decompose when heated to 850℃ and black insoluble Mn 3 O 4 is left. It completely decomposes at the temperature of 1150℃. It is freely soluble in water, but is insoluble in alcohol.

KOLOD MANGANESE SULFATE

Sodium Hexametaphosphate is colorless transparent flake like foliated glass or float sand crystalline powder. It’s easily soluble in water, insoluble in organic solvent such as ethanol and ether. It absorbs moisture easily. When put in air, it could slowly absorb moisture and turn into viscose-like substance. Aqueous solution could react with metal ions such as Calcium, Magnesium, to form complex compound. Melting point is 616℃ (decompose). Relative density is 2.484g/cm3 (20℃). It is used as quality improver, pH regulator, chelating agent, binder and swelling agent. It’s also used to stabilize natural pigment in beans, fruit vegetable cans and bean stuffing; to emulsify fat in canned meat. For canned food and meat product, it could improve their water holding capacity and prevent fat from corrosion. It may clarify beer to avoid turbidity, It’s an excellent water softener without precipitation

KOLOD SODIUM HEXAMETAPHOSPHATE

Ammonium Sulfate is colorless transparent orthorhombic crystal,deliquescent.The relative density is 1.769(50℃). It’s easily soluble in water (At 0℃, solubility is 70.6g/100mL water; 100℃, 103.8g/100mL water). Aqueous solution is acidic. It’s insoluble in ethanol, acetone or ammonia. It reacts with the alkalies to form ammonia. According to GB 2760-2011, it could be used as processing aid (only used as nutrient for fermentation). It also could be used as dough regulator and yeast food. In the fresh yeast production, it’s used as the nitrogen source for yeast cultivation (Dosage is not specified.). Dosage is about 10% (about 0.25% of wheat powder) for yeast nutrient in bread.

Trimagnesium Phosphate occurs as white, crystalline powder. It may contain four, five or eight hydrates. It’s readily soluble in dilute mineral acids, but almost insoluble in water It's Used for Nutrient
