Treat rates for K-Syn™ CI-200 range from 10% to 30% in a synthetic fluid concentrate depending on the particular machining operation, desired pH of the finished, and the dilution rates of the finished concentrate in water. For additional short-term storage protection, upon completion of the machining operation, K-Syn™ CI-200 concentrations could range from 1.0% to 3.0% depending on the desired length of storage and the environment of the stored parts.
