DISPARLON

DISPARLON® 6100 is a powdered thixotropic agent based on amide wax. Lowest activation temperature required to build a strong thixotropic network which prevents slumping of sealants and adhesives. Especially suited for MMA/MS polymer sealants.

DISPARLON® 6200 is a powdered thixotropic agent based on amide wax. The low activation temperature required to build a strong thixotropic network prevents slumping of sealants and adhesives. It is especially effective in MS polymer and epoxy systems.

DISPARLON® 6250 is a cost effective powdered thixotropic agent based on amide wax. Low activation temperature required to build a strong thixotropic network which prevents slumping of sealants and adhesives. Especially suited for MS sealant and silicone systems.

DISPARLON® 6300 is a hybrid powdered thixotropic agent based on amide wax. Low activation temperature is required to build a strong thixotropic network which provides excellent anti-sag properties along with good recoatability and minimal viscosity increase. It is especially effective in epoxy coatings and adhesives.

DISPARLON® 6500 is a unique non-reactive polyamide thixotrope supplied as a powder. Through heat activation a strong thixotropic network provides strong anti-sagging and Anti-slumping without seeding or loss of effectiveness on aging. It is effective in caotings, sealants and adhesives formulations.

DISPARLON® 6650 is a powder polyamide which, through heat activation, develops a strong thixotropic network, providing excellent anti-sag properties and improved recoatability to coatings while being cost effective.

DISPARLON® 6700 is a powder polyamide which, through heat activation, develops a strong thixotropic network, providing excellent anti-sag properties particularly for high build epoxies.

DISPARLON® A603-20X is an alcohol-free pre-activated polyamide developed for isocyanate cured paint systems. it can be used on both the polyol and isocyante side of the formulation for anti-settling and anti-sag control.

DISPARLON® A650-20X is a pre-activated polyamide thixotropic agent. When dispersed it is highly efficient in high build epoxy systems for anti-settling and anti-sag properties.

DISPARLON® A671-EZ is an easy to use, post addable pre-activated polyamide thixotropic agent in mineral spirits. Recommended for DIY and industrial stains for anti-settling and pigment orientation. It is a softer paste version of A670-20M.

DISPARLON® 6900-20X is a thixotropic agent in paste form consisting of a dispersion of swollen particles of a unique synthetic amide wax. It is easily incorporated into many vehicles and/or solvents and develops an exceptionally strong and long retained thixotropic structure.

DISPARLON® EZ-777 is an easily dispersible paste of specially activated synthetic amide wax. It is easily incorporated into many solventborne systems to develop an exceptionally strong and long retained thixotropic structure.

DISPARLON® F-9030 is a thixotropic agent based on a fatty acid amide wax pre-activated in benzyl alcohol and is effective for increasing viscosity. Provides anti-sagging/anti-settling in non-solvent systems.

DISPARLON® BB-102 is a thixotropic agent based on an ultra-fine amide wax pre-activated in HAPs free solvents. DISPARLON® BB-102 is a very soft paste designed for easy incorporation by post-addition.

DISPARLON® PFA-231 is a thixotropic agent in paste form consisting of a specially prepared amide wax activated in aromatic free solvent. Develops an exceptionally strong thixotropic structure for anti-settling and anti-sag properties in a wide variety of applications and resin systems.

DISPARLON® 3500 is a zero VOC liquid thixotropic agent which is pourable and post-addable. It is designed to associate with the pigments and fillers contained in a formulation to provide good sag control and pigment suspension.

DISPARLON® 4200-10 is a flowable paste of polyolefin wax in xylene consisting of fine particles of 5 μ or less. This thixotropic agent can be post added to prevent pigment settling and hard-caking during storage or during coating application with little effect on viscosity.

DISPARLON® 4200-20 is an oxidized polyolefin based thixotropic agent designed to prevent pigment settling and hard caking, with little effect on viscosity. It works synergistically with other rheological additives.

DISPARLON® NS-30 is a patented blend of polyolefin with amide in xylene in paste form. This product effectively prevents sagging and settling of solvent-based coatings including those containing anti-corrosive pigments at high concentrations. NS-30 has little effect on viscosity, while still imparting strong anti-sagging/anti-settling properties.

DISPARLON® NS-5500 is a post addable hybrid thixotropic agent based on a combination of unique technologies supplied as a free flowing paste. DISPARLON® NS-5500 enables uniform coverage with good gloss, pigment orientation, improved flip/flop, anti-settling and anti-sag properties while keeping viscosity low. This product is especially effective for use in automotive systems with aluminum and wood stains with matting or iron oxide pigments. It is post-addable with low shear.

DISPARLON® F-9050 is a hybrid thixotropic agent consisting of a fatty acid amide wax and an oxidized polyolefin wax developed for coating systems such as high-solids, non-solvent and high-film build formulations, specifically heavy-duty epoxy and urethane paints. DISPARLON® F-9050 imparts excellent anti-sagging/anti-settling properties.

DISPARLON® AQ-001 is a liquid acrylic associative thixotrope for waterborne systems that imparts strong anti-sag properties, has a broad pH range acceptability and comes pre-neutralized for ready to use post addition.

DISPARLON® AQ-607 is a polyamide based rheology control agent for waterborne systems. The 3-D network structure prevents sagging and pigment settling. Recommended for emulsions and dispersions for best compatibility.

DISPARLON® AQ-610 is a polyamide based rheology control agent for waterborne systems. A 3-D network structure prevents sagging and pigment settling. Recommended for emulsions and dispersions.

DISPARLON® AQ-633E is a polyamide rheology control agent for waterborne systems. DISPARLON® AQ-633E forms a network structure to prevent settling and hard caking and to improve pigment orientation. Recommended for the best metallic orientation.

DISPARLON® AQ-870 is a polyamide based rheology control agent for waterborne systems. A 3-D network structure is formed to prevent sagging and pigment settling. AQ-870 can be easily added into systems with a dissolver.

DISPARLON® AQH-800 is a rheology control additive based on hybridized amide technology developed for waterborne systems. Can be post-added to prevent sagging and pigment settling while keeping viscosity low.

DISPARLON® AQH-810 is a rheology control agent composed of a hybrid compound of a polyamide and an amide wax for waterborne systems. Can be post-added to prevent sagging and pigment settling with slight viscosity increase.

DISPARLON® DA-325 is a solvent-free wetting and dispersing agent based on an amine salt of polyether phosphate, designed for dispersing pigments in Solvent-free coating systems. Effective with filler, organic, and inorganic pigments.

DISPARLON® DA-375 is a solvent-free wetting and dispersing agent, based on polyether phosphate ester, designed for dispersing pigments in Solvent-free coating systems. Effective with filler, organic, and inorganic pigments. DISPARLON® DA-375 can be used with acid catalysts because it will not react with the catalyst.

DISPARLON® KS-273N is based on an amine salt of polyester acid and a non-silicone surfactant. It has outstanding anti-flooding/floating properties and also acts as a surface modifier in spray applied films.

DISPARLON® KS-873N is a surface control agent based on anionic surfactant which prevents flocculations, anti-flood, and anti-float in solventborne systems.

DISPARLON® AQ-320 is a Solvent-free wetting and dispersing agent based on a polymer containing phosphoric acid ester groups, designed for use with aluminum paste and pearlescent pigments in waterborne coating systems containing co-solvent.

DISPARLON® AQ-330 is a solvent-free wetting and dispersing agent based on a polymer containing phosphoric acid ester groups, designed for use with metallic and pearlescent pigments in waterborne coating systems without co-solvents.

DISPARLON® AQ-D400 is a general purpose pigment wetting/dispersing agent that is highly effective for dispersing organic/inorganic pigments such as carbon black and iron oxide.

DISPARLON® 1958 is based on a silicone-free, special nonionic, high molecular weight surface active agent. The product, having strong foam-breaking properties, acts as both a defoaming/leveling agent in low polarity solvent-based coatings. It is particularly effective as a defoamer in alkyd ambient-cure systems such as architectural paints.
