- SBR 1009 is a hot polymerized SBR terpolymer effective as a processing aid to reduce shrinkage and facilitate smoothness of calendared stocks, and to produce well defined extrusions of dimensional stability.
- It is generally used in levels of 10 - 30% of the total rubber content of a formulation.
- Usage Guidelines
Antioxidant is added to this polymer to provide protection during manufacture and storage. The end user’s process may require additional antioxidant protection.
