LRBG Chemicals USA MUF 400PC is a light tan, free-flowing melamine-urea resin powder designed as an adhesive for hot-press or high-frequency wood bonding systems. When used correctly, it provides a waterproof bond and meets the requirements of the ANSI/AITC A190.1-1992 Standard for Structural Glued Laminated Timber. This resin is ideal for high-frequency, high-strength gluing of truck flooring, rail decks, and other laminated wood structures due to its fast cure and low arcing. However, LRBG Chemicals USA MUF 400PC is not suitable for cold-cure applications.

When heavily catalyzed, it also works well for low-pressure lamination.

LRBG Chemicals USA MF 819 is a melamine resin powder designed to provide extended solution stability at high concentrations of resin solids. This lends itself to treating applications requiring solution solids of over 55%. For example, a 60% solids solution for saturation of glass cloth to provide good wetting characteristics can be obtained using a 95/5 water-butanol solvent combination. Various types of fillers can be used with the LRBG Chemicals USA MF 819 resin, and other additives and subsequent processing are dependent on the needs of the finished molding compound. It is a neat resin without any additives, fillers, catalysts, or releasing agents.

LRBG Chemicals USA MF 415 is primarily designed for paper lamination but can also be used to impregnate cloth, synthetic, or glass fibers. It serves as a water-resistant thermosetting binder and in compression wood flour molding to make school furniture. Additionally, this resin has been used successfully as a plaster modifier to increase strength and environmental resistance.

LRBG Chemicals USA MF 430 is a fast-curing, plasticized melamine resin powder. It can be used to impregnate and coat paper, cotton, synthetic fibers, glass cloth, and fiber, as well as pattern and overlay sheets for the production of decorative laminates.
