LRBG Chemicals USA MF 819 is a melamine resin powder designed to provide extended solution stability at high concentrations of resin solids. This lends itself to treating applications requiring solution solids of over 55%. For example, a 60% solids solution for saturation of glass cloth to provide good wetting characteristics can be obtained using a 95/5 water-butanol solvent combination. Various types of fillers can be used with the LRBG Chemicals USA MF 819 resin, and other additives and subsequent processing are dependent on the needs of the finished molding compound. It is a neat resin without any additives, fillers, catalysts, or releasing agents.

Storage Conditions

MF 819 is a stable material which is not inclined to change provided it is stored in closed containers in a cool, dry area. Avoid direct contact with concrete floor or wall. Optimum storage conditions are below 75°F and 60% relative humidity.
