Boeson Trennwax

Boeson Trennwax® ‘Spray Extra’ is a general release agent for baked goods, (breads, rolls, bun goods, etc.), confectionery lines (sponges, cakes, Danish pastries, meringues, choux, etc.) and savory products (sausage rolls, quiches, pizza bases, etc.). It is also suitable for spraying onto griddles to prevent sticking.

Boeson Trennwax® R Liquid ELV is a release agent for baking molds, baking sheets and steel belts and is especially suitable for items with a high sugar and/or albumen content. Boeson-Trennwax® ELV PO MB is, at room temperature, an anhydrous (water free) yellowish, viscous release agent.

Boeson Trennwax® R ML-K is an anhydrous (water free) clear light yellow oil at room temperature. At a temperature of 18/20°C it will start to cloud and lose its clarity – this does not affect the performance of the product.
