Usage

A Kosher certified release agent for most releasing problems in the biscuit industry. • Also suitable for some release/anti-stick uses in the sugar confectionery industry e.g. in starchless molding systems.

Processing

Varies depending on usage – suitable for application by brush, cloth, belt greasing equipment, hand held spray guns and mechanical spray equipment including spinning discsystems. If being used in cooking vessels, or on other steep sided equipment, it is important to ensure that not too much is applied. If it pools at the bottom of the vessel, too much will have been applied.

Storage Conditions

15 – 20°C – cool, dry hygienic conditions (if stored at low temperatures for an extended length of time, the liquid may show signs of solidifying as the oil in the product starts to crystalise. This can be reversed by gently warming the Boeson Trennwax®. Its performance will not be affected).
