IREKS Chocolate Malt roasted barley malt does not only give the beers a more intensive level of color, it also provides impressions reminiscent of dark chocolate or coffee.

PILSNER is a 2-row barley grown with malting specifications in mind. This malt is the lightest in color with higher enzyme activity, giving it a very sweet-malty backbone for any lager style brew.

IREKS Crystal Birch should a moderate variation of the beer color with a simultaneous increase in the full-bodied taste and foam stability be required, then this IREKS crystal malt is strongly recommended.

BLACKBERRY- SEEDLESS PUREEPs are processed in our facilities in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) per U.S. Code of Federal Regulations 21CFR110 and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) 21CFR120 standards, from receipt of raw materials, cleaning and disinfection, pulping, screening, pasteurization, aseptic packaging, storage at room temperature and distribution of the final product. Thermal treatment guarantees product’s safety, keeping it organoleptic and nutritional characteristics.

PALE is 2-row barley grown with malting specifications in mine. This malt is light in color, keeping the enzyme activity in tact. Perfect for a base malt in any brew.

IREKS Black Malt is extremely darkly roasted, this IREKS malt serves to intensify the color and to achieve a clear roasted taste, which can also be avoided, however, by an especially late addition during mashing.
