IREKS Chocolate Malt roasted barley malt does not only give the beers a more intensive level of color, it also provides impressions reminiscent of dark chocolate or coffee.

IREKS Aroma Malt is the crowning glory of the IREKS speciality malts. A solidly dark color and a full aroma turn this malt into an absolute highlight among the speciality malts. MUNICH is a 2-row barley grown with malting specifications in mind. Munich malts are whole dried malted barley, dark colored in appearance with a lightly toasted malt aroma and taste. Munich malts are used to brew traditional dark beers.

IREKS Black Malt is extremely darkly roasted, this IREKS malt serves to intensify the color and to achieve a clear roasted taste, which can also be avoided, however, by an especially late addition during mashing.
