Founded in 1955, M.G. Chemicals is a manufacturer and wholesaler of chemical products for the electronics industry. Our chemical products include dusters and circuit coolers, cleaner / degreasers, flux removers, contact cleaners, protective coatings, solder, epoxies, adhesives, RTV silicones, lubricants, EMI/RFI shielding coatings, thermal management products, prototyping supplies, and more. We also distribute related non-chemical products, such as wipes, swabs, brushes, desoldering braid, and copper clad boards.

M.G. Chemicals has been registered to the ISO 9001 quality system since February 1996, and we are a firm believer in the ISO 9001 philosophy of producing quality products that are designed to meet the specific needs of our customers.

The 4050 Safety Wash for Electronics is a high purity, printed circuit board cleaner and solvent. It uses a blend of high purity ethyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, and ethyl acetate components designed not to leave solvent contaminations behind. The alcohol and organic solvent blend is sufficiently strong to dissolve light to moderate grease and organic contaminants, as well as being polar enough to remove ionic flux residues and inorganic soils. It is an excellent choice when IPA alone is not powerful enough to dissolve greasy contaminants.

MG Chemicals 4050 - Safety Wash for Electronics

408C restores old rubber parts that have become hard and lost their tackiness and flexibility. It causes the rubber to expand, allowing dirt to be removed from its pores. When the solvent dries, the rubber returns to its form and remains tacky. This product restores the tackiness of platens and rollers as well as helping remove dirt, ink, and sticky residues. It may also restore the flexibility of belts, conveyors, and seals.

Super Shield™ Nickel Conductive Paint 841AR is a conductive paint that consists of a 1-part, solvent-based acrylic lacquer, pigmented with a highly conductive nickel flake. It is smooth, hard, and abrasion resistant. It can be easily applied by brush or spray. It has a quick dry time, with no heat cure necessary. It adheres strongly to most injection molded plastics, such as ABS, PBT, PVA and ABS/PC blend. It also provides strong corrosion resistance and is suitable for use in marine environments. 841AR provides a conductive coating for the interior of plastic electronic enclosures that

Translucent Epoxy, Encapsulating &amp; Potting Compound 832C is a rigid, amber clear epoxy that offers extreme environmental, mechanical and physical protection for printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies. Due to its low mixed viscosity, it can easily penetrate small gaps and cavities. It also provides excellent electrical insulation and protects components from static discharges, vibration, abrasion, thermal shock, environmental humidity, salt water, fungus, and many harsh chemicals.

The 406B Super Wash™ Electronics Cleaner is a very fast drying and zero residue cleaner degreaser for PC boards. This hydrocarbon-based cleaner is perfect for quick PC boards cleaning. When used as a secondary rinse, it accelerates the drying time of boards treated with slower drying cleaners. Great for dissolving many types of flux. Cleans and degreases printed circuit boards, machinery, electrical and electronic devices.

4225 Conformal Coating Epoxy4225 is a 2-part epoxy conformal coating. It cures to a durable, tough, semi-flexible coating with an excellent finish. 4225 protects against harsh chemicals, humidity, corrosion, oil, dirt, thermal shock, and abrasion. It also prevents high voltage arcing, short circuits, and static discharges. 4225 is a promising choice where extreme physical and chemical resistance are required.

MG Chemicals 422 5 - Epoxy Conformal Coating

Black Flexible Epoxy, Encapsulating &amp; Potting Compound 832FX is a black, 2-part, flexible epoxy that offers extreme environmental, mechanical and physical protection for printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies. This product is designed for applications where minimizing the physical stress on components is critical. It performs well in low temperature and arctic environments, as well as applications that involve temperature cycling or rapid temperature changes. It provides the functionality of silicone, but with the durability and cost-effectiveness of epoxy.

Acrylic Conformal Coating 419D is a 1-part acrylic conformal coating that cures to a durable, flexible and smooth finish. It is easy to apply and can be handled in 10 minutes. It may be removed with appropriate strippers, or soldered through for repair or rework. 419D creates a robust moisture barrier that protects printed circuit boards in humid environments. It protects effectively against moisture, corrosion, fungus, dirt, dust, thermal shock, short circuits, high voltage arcing, and static discharge.
