844AR is a 1-part, solvent-based, permanent electrostatic dissipative (ESD) coating. It adheres strongly to plastics, paints, metals, and many other surfaces. The cured coating is flexible, durable, and will not crack, chip or peel. The coating can be cured at room temperature or higher. 844AR is commonly used in electronic assembly lines to protect against electrostatic charge build-up on tools, production conveyor and bumpers, assembly trays, workstation surfaces, and enclosures.

843AR is a conductive paint that consists of a 1-part, solvent-based acrylic lacquer, pigmented with a highly conductive silver-coated copper flake. It is smooth, hard, and abrasion resistant. It is a ready-to-spray system, with no let down necessary. It has a quick dry time, with no heat cure necessary. It adheres strongly to most injection-molded plastics, such as ABS, PBT, PVA and ABS/PC blend. It provides excellent shielding levels at high frequencies. 843AR is designed to provide a conductive coating for the interior of plastic electronic enclosures that suppresses EMI/RFI emissions. It excels when higher levels of shielding are required.

419E is a 1-part, UL 746E certified, acrylic conformal coating. It cures to a durable, flexible and smooth finish. It is easy to apply and can be handled in 15 minutes. It may be removed with appropriate strippers, or soldered through for repair or rework. 419E creates a robust moisture barrier that protects printed circuit boards in humid environments. It provides strong protection against moisture, corrosion, fungus, dirt, dust, thermal shock, short circuits, high-voltage arcing, and static discharge.

419C Acrylic Conformal Coating is an IPC-CC-830B and UL 94 V-0 certified, fast drying, xylene, and toluene free product. This one-part coating provides an excellent finish, is easy to use, and does not require special or costly equipment to apply. It is ideal for high moisture environments and applications requiring easy repair and rework. 419C coating protects electronic circuit against moisture, dirt, dust, and thermal shocks that could corrode, short circuit, or damage the electric component. It insulates against high-voltage arcing, shorts, and static discharges. As well, this coating provides a high dielectric withstand voltage that allows traces to be put closer together which helps with miniaturization.

Solvent-Free Conformal Coating ECC3011 is a one-component, low viscosity silicone conformal coating material that cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a flexible elastomer protective coating. ECC3011 conformal coating cures quickly in ambient conditions without the need for curing equipment, and can achieve faster tack-free time with exposure to mild heat. ECC3011 conformal coating can help reduce the potential for corrosion of electronic components, and under certain test conditions* has been found to surpass other polymers such as acrylics, polyurethane, polyolefin and other silicone polymers in corrosion prevention.

422B is a 1-part, acrylic-silicone blend conformal coating that cures to a durable, flexible and smooth finish. It is easy to apply and can be handled in only 8 minutes. It may be removed with appropriate strippers or soldered through for repair or rework. 422B is designed for applications where both high service temperature and flexibility are required. It puts minimum stress on components during thermal cycling, making it ideal for applications that involve a wide temperature range. It provides strong protection against moisture, corrosion, fungus, dirt, dust, thermal shock, short circuits, high-voltage arcing, and static discharge.

8329TFF is a 2-part, flame retardant, thermally conductive epoxy adhesive with a 5-minute working time. It is an off white, smooth, thixotropic paste that cures to form a hard, durable polymer that is thermally conductive, yet electrically insulating. This thermal glue is often used to bond heatsinks to CPUs, LEDs and other electronics components. This product has a very short working time. For a longer working time, use 8349TFM or 8329TFS.

The 4354 Thinner 4 is a slower drying thinner for use with the MG Chemical’s urethane and acrylic conformal products. The thinner as excellent solvent strength, making it a good oil and grease remover. It has very low water solubility, so it is unlikely to absorb water and create blush. Its drying speed is slow enough to promote excellent leveling, but it is fast enough to accommodate a reasonable assembly line speed.

The 415 Ferric Chloride is an etchant solution for printed circuit board and photoengraving processes.

The 4352 Thinner 2 is a moderately fast drying thinner for use with MG Chemical’s conformal products. It is compatible with film forming paint products with acrylic, alkyd, cellulose acetate butyrate, epoxy, nitrocellulose, or polyester resins. Together with these type of resin systems, the 4352 thinner promotes good flow properties and suppresses blushing.

The 433C d-Limonene is an industrial grade solvent. It is a biodegradable product with a pleasant odor.

The 4351 Thinner 1 is a mild diluent designed for MG Chemical’s EMI/RFI shielding products.

The 4353 Thinner 3 is a moderate speed drying thinner for use with the MG Chemical’s conformal coating products. The thinner promotes good flow properties and suppresses blushing.

The 434 Acetone is an ACS grade, super-fast drying, VOC-exempt, zero-residue solvent. The fast evaporation rate of the 434 makes it a good thinner choice for spray application that require quicker drying times.
