Energy Booster

Energy Booster® 100 contains 99% total fatty acids. It is formulated as a rumen-inert fat source designed specifically for increasing the ration energy density or for higher-fiber rations without reducing energy intake. This product is manufactured in a form dairy cows can readily digest, absorb and use. Feed this very palatable, unique dry fat supplement blended into a ration or top-dressed.

Energy Booster® Mag contains 95.8% crude fat, 93% are rumen-inert fatty acids. The fatty acid composition has been formulated for dairy cows to increase ration energy density without reducing intake. The patented manufacturing process provides dietary magnesium while increasing the melting point for handling options. It is the form of energy cows can readily digest, absorb and use.

Energy Booster® hP contains primarily palmitic and stearic along with other fatty acids to total 99%, which are rumen-inert. This balanced fatty acid composition has been formulated for dairy cows to maximize milk fat, milk volume, and regain positive energy balance and body weight by providing calories to increase the energy-dense of the ration without reducing intake. Energy Booster hP is formulated specifically for the RESTORATION stage [120 days in milk (DIM) through dry-off ] but may be useful in whole herd applications where milk fat and feed efficiency are highly valued.

Energy Booster® MERGE is a rumen-inert fat supplement containing 99% total fatty acids (TFAs). Manufactured in Paris, Illinois, it’s a small particle prill that’s highly palatable and digestible, and it can be top-dressed or blended in a ration. Just over 50% of the TFAs are Palmitic (C16:0), helping achieve higher butterfat yield, by taking advantage of cow’s natural tendency to divert more of the TFAs toward milk fat. Stearic (C18:0) and Oleic (C18:1) are included to provide the 18 carbon TFAs early-lactation high-milk cows needed to maximize energy corrected milk and maintain body condition. Including C18:1 Oleic at 10% helps ensure good digestibility.

Energy Booster® MERGE HM is a rumen-inert fat supplement containing 96% total fatty acids (TFAs). Manufactured in Paris, Illinois, it’s a small particle prill that’s highly palatable and digestible, can be top-dressed or blended in a ration. With a patented manufacturing process, EB MERGE HM has a higher melt point that provides better handling. 55% of the TFAs are Palmitic (C16:0), helping achieve higher butterfat yield by taking advantage of cow’s natural tendency to divert more of this TFAs toward milk fat. Stearic (C18:0) and Oleic (C18:1) are included to provide the 18 carbon TFAs early-lactation high-milk cows need to maximize energy corrected milk and maintain body condition. Including C18:1 Oleic at 10% helps ensure good digestibility.
