Forzeas™ DA9003 is certified as OK compost HOME. It is a soft polyester with excellent properties suitable for blown, cast film, and profile extrusion and is suitable for food contact applications. Features include good processability in existing LDPE machines, suitability as a sealant layer for flexible packaging, softness similar to LDPE, and suitability for blown film applications such as bags. Application examples include shopping bags, compost bags, sealant layers, and zippers.

Storage Condition

FORZEAS™ pellets are dried and packed in aluminum-lined packaging before delivering to customers. Do not store outdoors. Keep dry at ambient temperature. Avoid humid environment, heat and direct sunlight. Use material as soon as possible after the delivery, in order to prevent possible material quality deterioration. Pre-dry of the unopened FORZEAS™ is not necessary. It is recommended to keep packages sealed until ready to process and using up the whole 25-kg bag. Unused material should be tightly sealed, kept away from open air, and pre-dried (at 60 °C for over 5 hours).
