 Alperform® Highlights

The Alperform® brand stands for a series of complex additive masterbatches for the highest demands. At the customer’s request a wide variety of functionalities can be incorporated and controlled in a polymer via the Alperform® products.

Alperform® HM – Hygienic Material

With the Alperform® HM (Biomaster Protected) product series, MOCOM offers masterbatches based on silver ions. These products offer antibacterial protection of plastic surfaces over the entire service life of a product. The high effectiveness of the silver ions from 15 minutes of action is outstanding.

Alperform® LS – Laser Sensitive

With the Alperform® LS product series, MOCOM offers masterbatches that permanently improve the typeface of laser markings in various plastics. There are no limits to the user in terms of white, black, colored and transparent settings.

Alperform® DET – Detectable

With Alperform® DET, MOCOM has developed masterbatches in close cooperation with customers and manufacturers of metal and X-ray detection equipment, which can be used in particular in the food industry. With these concentrates, the detectability of plastics can be adjusted specifically to the customer‘s requirements.

Alperform® Lighting Masterbatches represent a flexible alternative to the well-known Alcom® Lighting Portfolio and are used primarily where customers want to control or frequently vary the lighting properties of their products themselves.
