MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® L FC 9510-7 is a polyphenylene sulfide-based polymer containing 40% glass fibers, making it ideal for injection molding due to its high stiffness, easy flow and reduced flash. It is suitable for applications in the machinery, electrical and electronic, and building and construction markets, such as housings and parts in contact with drinking water.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PC-HT A 1000/500 is a high heat polycarbonate with special features that make it suitable for automotive and lighting applications. It should be stored in a dry and protected environment at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. The recommended processing injection molding temperatures are a melt temperature of 320-340°C and a mold temperature of 100-130°C. Typical applications include housings and light switches.

ALTECH® PC-HT A 1000/500

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PC A 1000/326 UV is a polycarbonate plastic that is UV stabilized and can be used in a variety of applications. For injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 270-310°C, and the mold temperature should be between 80-110°C.

WIC PP 20 BK UV is a black polypropylene material that contains 20% carbon fiber filler and is suitable for use in the automotive and sports market segments. Prior to processing, it should be pre-dried at 80°C in an air-circulating dryer for 2-4 hours with a maximum moisture content of 0.10%. The material is processed using injection molding with a melt temperature range of 210–260°C and a mold temperature range of 30–60°C. The material is UV-stabilized and has heat-age stabilization as a special feature, ensuring a long-lasting product.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® LB POM 1000 18008 WT1005-18 is a Polyoxymethylene Copolymer with a special filler/additive system that makes it highly reflective and opaque. It is used in Automotive and Lighting market segments for applications such as light guides, reflectors, and light-blocking components. When processed with injection molding, it requires a melt temperature of 190-230°C and a mold temperature of 60-120°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® CFX ABS+PC 1000 UV 19004 is a modified Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer with polycarbonate and UV stabilized filler/additive system designed to give a special metallic effect and good flow. It is suitable for injection molding applications in the automotive, building and construction industries, and is used for housing and clothing/fastener applications.

MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL A30I 4GP0000 is a thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) with a natural color and bright inherent color. It is widely used in the automotive, building and construction, electrical and electronic, sport and leisure, and furniture markets for injection molded parts such as seals, sealing lip, handles, racking/shelving, soft touch elements, impact protection/shock absorber, protection caps, thin walled parts, profile, cable ducts, and 2K components. Furthermore, it has good adhesion to Polypropylene Homopolymer, Polypropylene Copolymer, polyethylene, Thermoplastic Vulcanisate (PP+EPDM), Thermoplastic Olefin Elastomer, and Thermoplastic Elastomer general.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/4 UV WT1220-05LD is a polycarbonate base polymer with a special filler/additive system that is UV stabilized, translucent, light scattering, and has high light diffusion and easy flow. It is commonly used in the automotive and lighting markets for applications such as lamp covers, display elements, and operating elements and is approved by GM3013 and GS93016. The recommended processing injection molding melt temperature is 270-310°C and the mold temperature is 80-110°C.

ALCOM® PC 740/4 UV WT1220-05LD

WIC PP 15 BK UV is a polypropylene-based material filled with 15% carbon fiber and colored black. It has special features of UV and heat aging stabilization, making it suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 210-260°C and a mold temperature of 30-60°C. It is intended for use in the automotive and sports market segments.
