MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS A 1000/670 is a Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer with good flow and processing stability. It is suitable for processing in injection molding with melt temperatures of 200-240°C and mold temperature of 50-80°C, and is suitable for applications in Medical/Personal Care, Packaging, Interior Decoration/Finishing, Hygiene products, and various injection molded parts. Pre-drying Conditions are 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 3-6 h, 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 h depending on moisture content with a maximum moisture content of &lt;0.20%. To ensure the best results, it should be stored in a dry and light-protected environment at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.

ALTECH® ABS A 1000/670

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H FC 2020/100.01 is a polypropylene homopolymer reinforced with 20% glass fibers. It is suitable for injection molding at a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C, with features such as easy release (demolding), processing stability, and heat stability. This product is suitable for building and construction, packaging, food contact, household goods, thin walled parts, and kitchenware applications.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 2020/100 GF20 is a polypropylene homopolymer with 20% glass fibers, offering easy release (demolding), slip agent, and heat stabilized properties. It is suitable for furniture and various injection molded parts applications. Pre-drying conditions should include drying in an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 hours and in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 hours. For injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 200-250°C and the mold temperature should be between 20-70°C. Additionally, the material should be stored dry and in a place where the temperature does not exceed 30°C and is protected from light.

ALTECH® PP-H A 2020/100 GF20

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® MED PS 1000 04001 has a minimum shelf life of 24 months. Pre-drying conditions include in an air circulating dryer between 60-80°C for 2-3 hours, or in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer between 60-80°C for 2-3 hours depending on the moisture content. Processing injection molding requires a melt temperature between 180-260°C and a mold temperature between 10-70°C. The base polymer is Polystyrene and it is typically used for various applications such as consumer goods, food packaging, medical devices, and more.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/4 CC1122-05LD is a polycarbonate-based polymer with a special filler/additive system that provides high light transmission and light scattering as well as good flow. It is approved by GS93016 and is typically used in automotive and lighting applications such as lamp covers, display elements, and operating elements. For injection molding, the recommended melt temperature is between 270-310°C and the mold temperature should be between 80-110°C. This product should be stored in a dry place and protected from light.

ALCOM® PC 740/4 CC1122-05LD

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PP-B 4920/570 MR 20 is a polypropylene heterophasic copolymer containing 20% talcum, slip agent, easy release (demolding), and heat stabilized with special features containing recycled material. It is suitable for the machinery market segment and typical applications such as air ducts, housing, and unpainted automotive trim parts for various injection molding.

ALTECH® ECO PP-B 4920/570 MR 20

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-B B 4915/500 MR15 is a heat-stabilized and processing-stabilized polypropylene heterophasic copolymer blended with 15% talcum. It is suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature between 200-250°C and a mold temperature between 20-70°C, making it ideal for applications in the automotive industry for interior decoration/finishing, clothing/fasteners, and functional components, housings. Pre-drying should be done in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 hours or in an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 hours. This product should be stored in a dry and light-protected environment not exceeding 30°C.

ALTECH® PP-B B 4915/500 MR15

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® LB ECO PC 1000 17152 UV IM WT2083-07 is a polycarbonate base polymer, which is impact modified, UV stabilized, and contains recycled material. It is suitable for electrical and electronic, lighting, and various other applications such as light guides, lamps, sockets, etc. It can be processed through injection molding with a melt temperature of 270-310°C and a mold temperature of 80-110°C.

ALCOM® LB ECO PC 1000 17152 UV IM WT2083-07

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PC A 1000/608 WT1005-17LWA is a polycarbonate injection molding grade with laser optimization, easy release (demolding), good flow, and processing stabilized special features. It is used in the automotive, electrical, and electronic market segments, typically in lighting and electrical components applications. Pre-drying conditions should include 120°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-3 hours, and in an air circulating dryer 100-120°C for 4-12 hours depending on the moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of less than 0.02%. Processing injection molding should be done with a melt temperature of 270-310°C and a mold temperature of 80-110°C.
