MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 2020/576 GF20 CP is a polypropylene homopolymer with 20% glass fibers, lubricant, chemically coupled, heat stabilized, and slip agent. For pre-drying conditions, a dry air (dessiccant) dryer should be used at 80-120°C for 2-3 hours, or an air circulating dryer should be used at 80-120°C for 2-4 hours. Processing injection molding requires a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C. This product is suitable for various injection molded parts in the electrical and electronic market segment. It should be protected from light, and stored at not above 30°C.

ALTECH® PP-H A 2020/576 GF20 CP

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PC A 1000/532 UV AS is a polycarbonate base polymer with antistatic and UV stabilized special features, used for injection molded parts in the electrical and electronic, building and construction, and sport and leisure market segments. Processing injection molding should be done at a melt temperature of 270-310°C and a mold temperature of 80-110°C. It should be stored dry and protected from light, not above 30°C.

ALTECH® PC A 1000/532 UV AS

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PA6 2025/509 GF25 is a polyamide 6 base polymer with 25% glass fiber filler/additive system that is heat stabilized and provides easy release (demolding) and easy flow characteristics. For processing injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 270-290°C and the mold temperature should be between 80-100°C. Typical applications include housings and various other applications. The material should be stored in a dry, light-protected environment with a temperature not exceeding 30°C. No additional moisture should be added to the material; otherwise, it can cause damage to the material.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® LB PBT FC 2015 17076 GY1069-17 is a gray, opaque, food contact polybutylene terephthalate (Base Polymer) with 15% glass fibers, special filler (Filler/Additive System) designed specifically for light blocking components (Application Area) in the electrical and electronic market segment. It is typically processed through injection molding with a melt temperature of 250-270°C and a mold temperature of 80-120°C. Pre-drying Conditions should be done in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 100-120°C for 2-4 hours, or in an air circulating dryer at 100-120°C for 4-8 hours, with a maximum moisture content of &lt;0.02%.

ALCOM® LB PBT FC 2015 17076 GY1069-17

MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL A40I 4GP0000 is a thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) suitable for injection molding. It has a melt temperature of 190-220°C and a mold temperature of 10-60°C with injection speed in the middle to high range, back pressure (hydraulic) greater than 3 bar and a holding pressure of 50-70% of injection pressure. It has a natural color with bright inherent color and is low emission, with good colorability, weathering resistance, chemical resistance, ozone resistance, hot air resistance, and hydrolysis resistance. It is used in the automotive, building and construction, electrical and electronic, sport and leisure, and furniture markets, and can be used for injection molded parts such as seals, sealing lips, handles, racking/shelving, soft touch elements, impact protection/shock absorbers, protection caps, thin walled parts, profiles, cable ducts, and two-component components.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® ABS 530/50 HM is a white, pre-dried Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer with a hygienic filler/additive system and antibacterial properties according to ISO 22196. It has a melt temperature range of 220-260°C and a mold temperature range of 50-80°C. This product is suitable for injection molded parts such as sanitary articles, hygiene products, domestic appliances, functional components, handles, and fittings, and is used for applications in the packaging, personal care, household goods, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure markets. For optimal results, it should be stored in a dry, light-tightly sealed environment.

ALCOM® ABS 530/50 HM

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PBT 700/1.1 CF20 PTFE15 is a polybutylene terephthalate base polymer with 20% carbon fibers and 15% PTFE, designed for use in machinery applications and injection molded parts. It is electrically conductive, has reduced surface resistivity and improved sliding/wear, and is heat stabilized. The pre-drying conditions are in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer 100-120°C for 2-4 hours, or in an air circulating dryer 100-120°C for 4-8 hours depending on moisture content. The processing injection molding melt temperature is 250-270°C and the mold temperature is 80-120°C. The product should be handled with care to avoid any damage.

ALCOM® PBT 700/1.1 CF20 PTFE15

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PA66 910/1 NU SV1057-03MCF is a Polyamide 66 base polymer with a metallic effect and low tendency to flow lines, fast solidifying, and easy release (demolding). It is used in the automotive, electrical and electronic, and building and construction markets for injection molded parts and housings. The pre-drying conditions for this material are 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 h depending on moisture content. The processing injection molding parameters are melt temperature 270-290°C and mold temperature 40-80°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 2030/758 GF30 CP is a polypropylene homopolymer containing 30% glass fibers and chemically coupled, high heat stabilized, high stiffness, high toughness and laser transparent special features. It is suitable for a variety of applications, such as housings. For optimal performance, store it in a dry, light-protected environment.
